　　一年就這樣過去了，初三上學期即將過去，本學期我擔任初一(__)班和初三(__)班的英語教學。由于剛剛調(diào)進本校，對新環(huán)境、新教材的教學要求知之甚少，教學經(jīng)驗頗淺，教學上遇到前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。所以，本人對教學工作不敢怠慢，虛心請教同行、潛心研究教法、在實踐中摸索前進。經(jīng)過半個學期的努力，學到了很多教學經(jīng)驗，也取得了應有的成績。現(xiàn)對本學期以來的教學教育工作做以下評價，期望不斷發(fā)揚優(yōu)點，克服缺點，評價經(jīng)驗，吸取教訓，使自我的教學工作更上一層樓。

　　一、培養(yǎng)英語學習興趣

　　要教好英語，就要讓學生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。為此，我采取了一些方法，如開展形式多樣、生動活潑的課堂語言實踐活動;善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學生的優(yōu)點，并給予表揚，樹立他們的自信心。目前，我們班學生對英語學習的興趣始終穩(wěn)定在較高水平。

　　二、認真?zhèn)湔n、上課，注重教學反思

　　(1)作為一名年輕教師，我的體會是，上好一堂課難，但備好一堂課更難。在備課之前，必須對所有資料進行熟悉，參考多方面的資料，認真深入鉆研教材，確定重點難點，同時，備課不僅僅要備教材，并且要備教法，備教學手段。

　　(2)認真組織課堂教學。一堂課的四十五分鐘，就是一個教師表演技能的階段。上課時，本著“傳道、授業(yè)、解惑”的原則，努力提高教學質(zhì)量，使講解有條理、清晰、準確、生動。使每堂課學生有所獲，努力使學生打好基礎，培養(yǎng)本事，發(fā)展智慧，培養(yǎng)學生的正確思維方式，養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣。堅持做到以學生為主體，教師為主導，訓練為主線。在課堂上，異常注意調(diào)動學生的進取性，加強師生交流，充分體現(xiàn)學生的主體作用，讓學生學得容易，學得簡便，學得愉快。在課堂上，根據(jù)不一樣學生設計不一樣層次的問題，樹立學生的自信心，讓各層次的學生都得到提高。

　　(3)本人堅持布置適量的作業(yè)，使學生所學知識得到鞏固和提高。布置作業(yè)時，堅持做到有針對性，有層次性，形式多樣化。每周布置聽寫任務，對所學新單詞、新短語、好句子進行聽寫。認真及時地批改作業(yè)、聽寫。并針對學生的作業(yè)情景，認真透徹地進行講評，根據(jù)其情景不斷改善教法。

　　(4)教學這一活動，沒有反思的伴隨就不會有提高。堅持每次授課后，認真回想，進行反思。記錄其教法、做法及操作不大夢想的地方，及時做改善。

　　三、虛心請教其他教師

　　在此過程中，一旦心中有疑，必會請教于同行。認真做到每月聽課兩節(jié)，做好聽課記錄，取之所長，克服所短。并常常與其他教師交流，改善教學方法。

　　總之，在本學期的英語教學中，我盡力地做好每項工作。其中學到的東西固然不少，但不足之處也很多。在以后的教學工作中，我將不斷評價經(jīng)驗，發(fā)揚優(yōu)點，改善缺點，不斷探索新的教學方法和教學手段，激發(fā)學生的學習興趣和進取性，提高自我的教學質(zhì)量，做一位合格的人民教師!

　　本學期我擔任初三級(1)班(2)班的英語教學。由于教學經(jīng)驗頗淺，我對教學工作不敢怠慢，認真學習，深入研究教法，虛心學習。經(jīng)過一個學期的努力，獲取了很多寶貴的教學經(jīng)驗。以下是我在本學期的'教學情景。

　　一、備好課，備好學生，上好課

　　教學就是教與學，兩者是相互聯(lián)系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有學者。學生是被教的主體。所以，了解和分析學生情景，有針對地教對教學成功與否至關(guān)重要。不懂得了解學生對教學的重要性，只是專心研究書本，教材，想方設法令課堂生動，學生易理解，這是很容易碰釘子的。在上課前要了解清楚學生的實際情景：

　　一方面，農(nóng)村的學生英語聽，說的本事相對較弱，授課采用較深的全英教學，同學們較難適應。另一方面，(1)班的同學比較沉靜，中等生占較大多數(shù)，尖子生相對較少。所以，講得太深，就照顧不到整體，而(2)班的同學比較活躍，上課氣氛進取，雖然優(yōu)生比例大，但中等生也有一小部分，我備課時也注意到這點，所以教學效果比較夢想。從此能夠看出，了解及分析學生實際情景，實事求是，具體問題具體分析，做到因材施教，對授課效果有直接影響。這就是教育學中提到的“備教法的同時要備學生”。這一理論在我的教學實踐中得到了驗證。

　　教學中，備課是一個必不可少，十分重要的環(huán)節(jié)，備學生，又要備教法。備課不充分或者備得不好，會嚴重影響課堂氣氛和進取性，所以，每一天我都花費很多的時間在備課之上，認認真真鉆研教材和教法，不滿意就不收工。雖然辛苦，但事實證明是值得的。

　　一堂準備充分的課，會令學生和教師都獲益不淺。我認真研究了課文，找出了重點，難點，準備有針對性地講。為使教學生動，不沉悶，我還為此準備了很多的教具，授課時就胸有成竹了。相反，我沒有認真?zhèn)湔n的時候，課堂氣氛沉悶，教學效果不好，與此相比可見，認真?zhèn)湔n對教學十分重要。異常是對英語這門學生不甚熟悉并感到困難的外語來說至關(guān)重要。

　　備課充分，能調(diào)動學生的進取性，上課效果就好。但同時又要有駕馭課堂的本事，因為學生在課堂上的一舉一動都會直接影響課堂教學。所以上課必須要設法令學生投入，不讓其分心，這就很講究方法了。上課資料豐富，現(xiàn)實。教態(tài)自然，講課生動，難易適中照顧全部，就自然能夠吸引住學生。所以，教師每一天都要有充足的精神，讓學生感受到一種自然氣氛。這樣，授課就事半功倍。

　　二、激發(fā)學生學習興趣

　　英語是一門外語，對學生而言，既生疏又困難，在這樣一種大環(huán)境之下，要教好英語，就要讓學生喜愛英語，讓他們對英語產(chǎn)生興趣。否則學生對這門學科產(chǎn)生畏難情緒，不愿學，也無法學下去。為此，我采取了一些方法，就是盡量多講一些關(guān)于英美國家的文化，生活故事，讓他們更了解英語，更喜歡學習英語。因為僅有英語水平提高，他們才能到達交異國筆友的目的，同時也能夠提高同學們的英語寫作本事，對成績優(yōu)秀的同學很有好處。因為英語的特殊情景，學生在不斷學習中，會出現(xiàn)好差分化現(xiàn)象，差生面擴大，會嚴重影響班內(nèi)的學習風氣。所以，絕對不能忽視。為此，我制定了具體的計劃和目標。對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。

　　三、注重聽、說、讀、寫全面發(fā)展

　　英語是語言。所以，除了課堂效果之外，還需要讓學生多讀，多講，多練。為此，在早讀時，我堅持下班了解早讀情景，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時糾正。課后發(fā)現(xiàn)學生作業(yè)問題也及時解決，及時講清楚，讓學生即時消化。另外，對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式，提高他們的本事。期中考和期末考是考察每位同學在本學期的學習成果，所以應當予以重視。考試前進行有系統(tǒng)的復習，考試后進行學科評價。在中段考后的時間里，我把力量主要集中在兩班的差生輔導上，異常是(4)班，以縮短差距。另外，還發(fā)現(xiàn)學生的綜合本事不夠強，所以以后的教學中要加強這方面的訓練。讓學生簡便學，容易掌握。而期考結(jié)果證明，適當輔導后進生對班的整體發(fā)展有很大幫忙。
