學(xué)生會辦公室在學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)教師的指導(dǎo)下,在團總支的帶領(lǐng)下,在各部門協(xié)助下,基本上完成了本學(xué)期的工作,學(xué)生會辦公室本學(xué)期作了如下工作:
1.傳達通知相關(guān)會議召開的時間、地點,做好會議點到和會議記錄工作,本學(xué)期共召開16次例會。
2.繪制表格,在每月月末做月末統(tǒng)計,填制“經(jīng)濟系學(xué)生會干部月份綜合考核表”這份表由例會,晨跑,“111”計劃三份數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計填制;填制“經(jīng)管系各班級活動綜合評比表”這份表由系博客發(fā)表得分、衛(wèi)生評比平均分,紀(jì)律平均分,獎勵附加分,四項數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計填制。
本學(xué)期,我們將9月,10月,11月份的“經(jīng)管系學(xué)生會干部月份綜合考核表”“經(jīng)管系各班級活動綜合評比表”張貼公布。9月份獲得第一名是:09物流2班,第二名是09電會1班,第三名是10電會3班,09電會3班,11月份獲得第一名的是09物流1班,第二名10物流2班,第三名09電會1班,在此也多謝相關(guān)部門及時供給的信息數(shù)據(jù)。
3.收齊各部門寫的相關(guān)資料,11月份收齊各部門本學(xué)期工作計劃,11月末收齊關(guān)于明年讀書會策劃書,并將資料整理歸檔。
4.完成主席分配的其他工作。
5.協(xié)助其他部門工作,10月12日協(xié)助完成“我的一家”PPT大賽。10月27日協(xié)助完成第二屆大型刺繡展,11月9日,協(xié)助完成“畢業(yè)杯”籃球賽,11月29日至12月4日協(xié)助完成“新星杯”辯論賽。12月27日協(xié)助完成“迎新”跳繩比賽等一系列活動。
在工作期間,學(xué)生會辦公室成員從中積累到必須的工作經(jīng)驗,學(xué)到了必須的工作方法,和工作態(tài)度,雖然期間也存在許多不足,但在今后工作中,我們學(xué)生會辦公室會評價自身不足并吸取教訓(xùn),繼續(xù)努力,多謝學(xué)生會干部和各班級配合我們學(xué)生會辦公室的工作。

1, to improve communication skills: As a front desk receptionist, as the hotel front-line staff, and the guests contact is face to face, is the most direct. How to make your own language so that guests hear comfortable, happy to hear, as a front desk receptionist must learn the course.
