時(shí)間過(guò)得很真快，轉(zhuǎn)眼就一個(gè)多月了，就在此時(shí)需要回頭總結(jié)的時(shí)候從心底里感到日子的匆匆。原先教師生活讓我感到漸漸遠(yuǎn)去，現(xiàn)在的編輯工作已經(jīng)漸漸變得順其自然了，這或許應(yīng)該是一種慶幸，是讓我值得留戀的一段經(jīng)歷。
一個(gè)多月的試用期下來(lái)，自己努力了不少，也進(jìn)步了不少，學(xué)到了很多以前沒(méi)有的東西，我想這不僅是工作，更重要的是給了我一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)和鍛煉的機(jī)會(huì)。從這一階段來(lái)看，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己渴求的知識(shí)正源源不斷的向自己走來(lái)，到這個(gè)大溶爐里慢慢消化，這就是經(jīng)驗(yàn)。一多月以來(lái)，我分別在幾個(gè)不同的崗位上練習(xí)，剛開(kāi)始是做家長(zhǎng)頻道的粘貼工作，后來(lái)做資訊頻道中的評(píng)論，現(xiàn)在做教師頻道，其中也有一些不同的崗位讓我去鍛煉，在此十分感謝公司的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和前輩們對(duì)我的關(guān)照。
首先說(shuō)說(shuō)在編輯部的工作心得。在編輯部一個(gè)月的工作生活，我感觸最深的就是，工作可以在快樂(lè)中完成。從初中到高中再到教師工作，這期間我一直都是在遠(yuǎn)離父母親人的視線之外享受著逍遙自主的生活。雖然在學(xué)校里也有師長(zhǎng)的關(guān)愛(ài)與教誨，但總有一種距離感，缺少家庭特有的溫馨。自到參加工作以來(lái)，各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)都對(duì)我這位來(lái)自異地的新人親切有加，特別是各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，在工作之余，以朋友的姿態(tài)經(jīng)常跟我坦懷聊天，非但不擺領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的架子，而且還以朋友的關(guān)愛(ài)之心在引導(dǎo)我們做好編輯工作，讓我真切感受到了X人溫情。而其他大部分的老同事，也對(duì)我這個(gè)新人投以真摯友情的目光，在工作中，只要你需要，他們隨時(shí)給予熱情地指導(dǎo)；工作之余，大家開(kāi)懷談笑，不分彼此。記得剛到一周的時(shí)間，編輯部新老同事就已經(jīng)打成一片，給我的感覺(jué)是上下同心。正因?yàn)槿绱耍诰庉嫴抗ぷ鳎屛殷w會(huì)了在愉快中完成工作的歡欣。
我在工作上的收獲主要有：
1、基本學(xué)會(huì)ps/photoshop的應(yīng)用和網(wǎng)頁(yè)制作；
2、熟練掌握教育新聞與社會(huì)新聞采寫(xiě)的區(qū)別，熟練掌握教育新聞稿的一些寫(xiě)作方法和技巧等；
3、基本了解并初步學(xué)會(huì)教師頻道的研發(fā)；
4、在這期間我不僅可以較好地配合各位前輩工作，還可以自己獨(dú)立采寫(xiě)完成具體的教育新聞作品。主編每次安排的任務(wù)都基本可以順利完成。
在這期間，工作上最大的不足主要有：
1、新聞的采寫(xiě)比較古板，缺乏新意；
2、新聞的敏感性相對(duì)較差，特別是對(duì)相關(guān)聯(lián)的社會(huì)性新聞把握不足等。
近兩周，我被調(diào)到教師頻道做主編，在辦公室工作不足主要有：
1、缺乏基本的辦公室工作知識(shí)，在開(kāi)展具體工作中，常常表現(xiàn)生澀，甚至有時(shí)還覺(jué)得不知所措；
2、工作細(xì)心度不夠，經(jīng)常在小問(wèn)題上出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)漏；
3、辦事效率不夠快，對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的意圖領(lǐng)會(huì)不夠到位等。
就總體的工作感受來(lái)說(shuō)，我覺(jué)得這里的工作環(huán)境是比較令我滿意的。首先是領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)愛(ài)以及工作條件在不斷改善給了我工作的動(dòng)力；其次是同事間的友情關(guān)懷以及協(xié)作互助給了我工作的舒暢感和踏實(shí)感；第三就是目前正在營(yíng)造形成我們特有的企業(yè)文化氛圍給了我工作的信心。
我知道，上面的工作表現(xiàn)也許不能讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)感到滿意，如果完全依據(jù)這些表現(xiàn)來(lái)決定是否可以繼續(xù)留在這里工作學(xué)習(xí)，坦白說(shuō)，我自己并沒(méi)有太大的信心。但我堅(jiān)信自己能夠在今后的工作中會(huì)表現(xiàn)得更好，保證讓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)滿意。

時(shí)光荏苒，轉(zhuǎn)眼間來(lái)到x有限公司已經(jīng)有三個(gè)月的時(shí)間了。回首這匆忙遠(yuǎn)去的三個(gè)月時(shí)光，在公司及項(xiàng)目部的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和同事的幫助下，以及師父陸人章的耐心教導(dǎo)下，我對(duì)于自己的崗位——項(xiàng)目出納，有了更為深刻的理解與認(rèn)識(shí)，現(xiàn)對(duì)這三個(gè)月的工作做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的總結(jié)。
一、獨(dú)自面對(duì)新的城市，新的工作，一切都是新的開(kāi)始，都有一個(gè)從生疏到熟悉及精通的過(guò)程。萬(wàn)事開(kāi)頭難，一個(gè)良好的心態(tài)是干好一切工作的根本。剛開(kāi)始工作的這段時(shí)期是職業(yè)生涯的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期，于是我努力把心態(tài)調(diào)整到最佳，以適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境，應(yīng)對(duì)新的挑戰(zhàn)。
二、在這段時(shí)期內(nèi)，我主要做了以下幾項(xiàng)具體工作。
1.嚴(yán)格按照財(cái)務(wù)制度的要求，處理款項(xiàng)的收付工作。
2.嚴(yán)格審核原始憑證，發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題即使處理，并向領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)。
3.及時(shí)登記現(xiàn)金、銀行日記賬，月末做好銀行對(duì)賬工作。
4.按時(shí)發(fā)放職工工資及資金款項(xiàng)。
5.完成財(cái)務(wù)科長(zhǎng)、項(xiàng)目領(lǐng)導(dǎo)布置的其他工作。
出納的工作看似簡(jiǎn)單，做起來(lái)難，但很多事情還需要重新認(rèn)識(shí)和體會(huì)，學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐相互融合才能產(chǎn)出成果，成績(jī)的取得離不開(kāi)師父和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的耐心教誨和無(wú)形的身教。三個(gè)月的崗位實(shí)戰(zhàn)練兵，使我的財(cái)務(wù)水平又向前推進(jìn)了一大步。
三、要作好出納工作絕不可以用“輕松”來(lái)形容，絕非“雕蟲(chóng)小技”，它是經(jīng)濟(jì)工作的第一線，財(cái)務(wù)收支的關(guān)口，在公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理中占有重要的地位。作為一個(gè)合格的出納，必須具備以下的基本要求：首先要學(xué)習(xí)、了解和掌握政策法規(guī)和公司制度，不斷提高自己的業(yè)務(wù)水平和知識(shí)技能。其次要學(xué)會(huì)制訂本職崗位工作內(nèi)部控制制度，發(fā)揮財(cái)務(wù)控制、監(jiān)督的作用。同時(shí)出納人員要恪守良好的職業(yè)道德，要有較強(qiáng)的安全意識(shí)。最后是要有很好的溝通能力，特別是和銀行、稅務(wù)、協(xié)作單位的溝通能力。
以上是我對(duì)本人三個(gè)月試用期工作的一些體會(huì)和總結(jié)。在以后的工作和學(xué)習(xí)中我還將不懈的努力和拼搏，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，做好本職工作，與公司的發(fā)展同步。同時(shí)，我要特別感謝公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和各位同事在工作和生活中給予我的支持和關(guān)心，這是對(duì)我工作最大的肯定和鼓舞，我真誠(chéng)的表示感謝!
