英語主持詞4篇

　　尊敬的各位領導、各位來賓，親愛的同學們：

　　大家上午好！

　　首先自我介紹一下。我叫，負責學校的繼續教育和英語教學指導工作。今天是我校教學開放日。今天有很多兄弟學校的領導、教師、同行來到我校，為我們捧場、與我們共同研究英語教學工作同時也希望在活動期間各位來賓能多為我們多多提出寶貴的意見和建議。

　　今天，借此契機，我們將和大家一起來探討研究英語教學中如何落實“有效精講”這一主題。我們的落實手段就是我們已經實踐了近一年的聽、說、議、評課。今天，我們的聽、說、議、評課活動從c老師的授課開始。c老師是前郭縣骨干教師、前郭縣教學能手。她講授的內容為七年下第十一單元how was your school trip. section a部分。與她一起為我們帶來精彩展現的是來自七年七班的熱情洋溢的孩子們。下面讓我們以熱烈的掌聲歡迎c和她的得意弟子們為我們作課。

　　一年多來，在d教授和省市縣教研員的指導下，我校在教師專業發展學校建設和專業有效教學上正開辟著一條新路，而聽、說、議、評課是落實這兩大目標的一個重要手段。在我們的聽、說、議、評課活動每一個階段都會有一個集中主題。上一次的教學開放周我們的聽、說、議、評課主題是有效導入。今天我們的聽、說、議、評課主題是“有效精講”。

　　關于有效精講的內涵d教授的歸納具體有以下四點：1、整合教材，有效選擇精講內容。2、運用專業知識精講，多講思路、方法和規律。3、精講的目的是培養理解運用能力。4、精講要運用專業性的工具和手段。c老師講授的這節課，在有效精講如何運用到英語教學中這一領域做了一個大膽的嘗試。我們暫不論這節課是否成功，但就是她敢于做第一個吃螃蟹的人的這份膽量就值得我們大家欽佩。現在有請c說課。

　　剛才c做了說課。大家也能感覺到她的說課并沒有像平常的說課面面俱到，這也正是我們聽說議評課的一個特點。既然大家都看到了你的教學過程，當然你就不必浪費口舌去重復你的課堂流程。說課者要把說課更多地落在課堂表面看不到的地方。比如課堂設計理論依據、設計的思維變化、課后的理論反思。剛才c正是實踐了這一原則。她詳細分析了這節課設計思路及其理論依據。通過她的說課我們對于她的課也有了更新的認識。

　　聽、說課環節后議課環節。關于議課我們英語組的主張是多提自己關于此課的不同設計思想和思路，少談或者作課教師優缺點。如果像通常的做法，談作課教師的優點，難免會落入大家你好、我好、他也好的形式主義泥潭。而如果一針見血談教師的缺點也不好。大庭廣眾之下批評別人，首先傷害了做課者的自尊，也打消了其成長的積極性。另外貿然提意見也不客觀。古語講：教學有法、教無定法。不同的學生、不同教師風格、不同的學校環境、甚至是不同的班主任管理都會導致教學的差異性。教學不是工廠、教學不是商場，它從來就是只有共同的原則，而沒有相同的程序。

　　但不是說我們一中的英語教學就是在和稀泥、搞庸俗的一團和氣。其實光上門來我們總是能開誠布公的談問題，指缺點的，我，一個負責英語學科的領導，在公開課后都一樣接受是唇槍舌劍的炮火的洗禮。想成功嗎，首先要不怕臉紅。但那種評課我們稱之為幫課。

　　今天我們不想給大家展示我們的幫課情況，而是不會讓任何人面紅耳赤的議課方式。首先請英語組長e來議課。

　　通過c的講課、說課和幾位老師關于本課別樣設計讓我們看到：同樣的教學內容，可以設定不同的教學目標，不同的重難點； 同一個目標，也可以采用不同的手段去加以落實。c老師的這節課重點在于一般過去時的特殊疑問句的實際運用。她并不太拘泥于太多的語法知識的講解、而是更多地把這種語法知識落實在運用中。這不正是我們英語“學中用、用中學、學是為了用“這原則的體現嗎？

　　結合c的這節課，綜合各位議課教師的想法，在這里我將提出關于句型教學的幾個原則，希望大家多提寶貴意見。

　　一、練習重于講解。

　　或者說能力重于知識。

　　英語作為一門工具學科，明確地告訴我們我們學習英語的最終目的是應用。句型和語法知識的講解很重要，但是練習產生的效果更有效。比如這節課c也完全可以這樣講啊。把句型寫在黑板上，然后分析說這是一般過去時的特殊疑問句。首先開頭是特殊疑問詞，接著是did助動詞，然后是主語，后面再加上動詞原形，后面還可以加賓語，時間詞、地點詞做狀語。這樣講也很好。清晰、深刻。但是學生學到的只是語言結構的分析，能答題，但能應用嗎？碰見老外，想問他去了哪里。于是想到了課堂老師的所教。首先想到我得用特殊疑問句。疑問詞選用where，后面需加did構成疑問結構。然后用you做主語。接著需用動詞go。對，后面還需要用過去時間just now做狀語。很好，我會問了。抬頭要問老外時，人家已經走出二里多地了。中國人的孩子學了9年的英語卻難以和老外正常交流，什么原因？不就是我們太重視知識的講解了而忽視了語言的實際應用嗎。但如果這句話在課堂上已經被說上很多遍了，自然學生也就能吐口而出了。所以我們能否把目光聚焦于我的終極目標上，重視句型的使用呢？

　　二、句型的呈現要優先。

　　首先我們強調句型知識需要講解，但我們的講解應該是放在大量的語言呈現之后，這樣的句型講解才會有根。我們知道，人們的認識事物的方式更多的采用從感性到理性、從具體到抽象的流程的。尤其是作為工具學科的英語。缺乏大量的句型感知，很難由老師的單純講解上升到學生的徹悟。要知道沒有一個學母語的人是從分析句子開始的。至少我知道我的漢語是在我學了英語后才會找出主語的。

　　三、句型操練要到位。

　　既然應用重要，那么我們就不要句型操練，直接進入到學生family trip的實際問答中吧。也不行的。當學生對于目標語言不熟，他們在做實際運用中將缺乏足夠的自信。又需要考慮句型結構、又需要思考我的trip實際，學生只能會顧頭顧不上腳，說出來的英語磕磕巴巴，沒有了流利性和準確性的交流不能稱之為真正的交流。所以我們看見c用了很長時間來領讀或朗讀3d對話，絕不是時間的浪費，它是以后順暢交流的一個鋪墊。包括c的課前為動詞找家的練習都是學生自信、自由表達的基礎。

　　四、把詞匯落實在句型中。

　　比如今

　　天的c講到的excellent這個詞，并沒有耗費時間去教的很多。但是當學生知道它可以用great替換時自然而然就會了，也就會用了。“詞不離句，句不離詞”。只有當詞不再是單純的符號時，而被連成句子，表達一個活生生意義時詞匯才有了生命力。

　　五、練習要有廣度。

　　在教學中我們常見的是老師問、學生答。有的老師甚至是能把全班都叫上一次。很好，但是如此的練習畢竟平均到每人身上也不過幾十秒鐘。這樣的練習面到底有多大？有多少學生就是看客。這樣的練習是練不出英語能力來的。聽是學習，但是它的效率比站起來說要差多少呢？大家可能聽過這樣一句話。聽、你會記住20%。說、你會記住40%。全部感官參與，可以提高效率到80%左右。因此，擴大訓練的廣度很有必要。比如今天這課，在兩組學生的示范表演后，就可以讓學生放開去pair work。試想一下，全班同時練，每人1分鐘。能練出多少能力來呀。

　　六、練習的深度要夠。

　　我們的練習不要僅僅停留于單純句型操練上，而是要升華到語言的實際應用中。比如今天的最后一個項目，做個學生過去活動調查就是一個很生活的練習，是一個很好的任務型活動。這種活動不是單純的為說而說，機械的語言操練。而是為做而說，為生活中的某項任務而對話、而匯報。長時間的訓練下去，學生就會很自然地在生活中應用學到的語言，從而扭轉啞巴英語的尷尬現狀。因為我們的語言是在實際中學到的，所以應用于生活實際也就會順理成章，自然、自覺了。

　　七、適當地把說升華為寫。

　　聽說讀寫四項中，聽、讀為語言輸入，說、寫為語言輸出。寫比說更為高級，更為嚴肅，也更鍛煉人的思維嚴密性。如果能把學生的說適時轉化為寫，就會使孩子們對于句型的理解更為深入，掌握的也更為理性。因為寫與考試的相關性更大一些，對于學生提高成績也更直接些。今天c后期的作業就是很好的一個做法，所以希望c能在下節課對于作業的檢查和總結投入更大的精力。

　　以上就是我結合c這節課和幾位老師的議課所做的評課。大家也能看出來，我的評課很少說到缺點。應為我們秉持的一個原則就是正向引領，經驗幫扶。當然如果這些問題還是沒有得到很好改正的話我們還會輔之以臉紅的幫扶措施的。
