　　時間就像離弦的箭一樣，轉(zhuǎn)眼間一個學期匆匆過去了。新年向我們邁出了一步。愉快的寒假即將開始。那么，如何讓這個寒假變得豐富而有意義呢？我苦惱了一整天，終于想好了這個寒假該怎么過。

　　讀點書，做點讀書筆記每天適當做寒假作業(yè)。看新聞，了解國家大事，社會新聞。每天鍛煉，鍛煉自己的身體去圖書館、科技館、新華書店等做爸爸媽媽能做的事。

　　為了讀書，看一些對自己有益的書，我早早來到了書店。書店里的書多種多樣，我挑選了我喜歡讀的書，把家里的書架填滿了。這樣就不怕沒有書了。我又跑到文具店買了一本又厚又漂亮的筆記本。寒假期間一定要填滿。

　　運動。運動是健康的源泉，可以加強我們的心肺功能。可以幫助預防骨質(zhì)疏松癥。可以緩和和控制我們的感情。每天鍛煉三個小時，鍛煉自己的身體。跳繩、蹬腿、短跑、長跑。每天鍛煉使自己的身體更加健康。

　　請幫我做爸爸媽媽能做的事。幫媽媽洗碗掃地，媽媽累的時候給媽媽泡一杯茶，讓媽媽休息一下，替媽媽做。爸爸白天工作累了，回家拍拍爸爸的背，打腿。

　　這就是我的寒假計劃，對吧？

　　20xx年多部以穿越為題材的電視劇搬上了銀幕。我也很想進行一次歷史的穿越，可是由于平日里要上學、寫作業(yè)、參加社會培訓班，根本沒有時間實現(xiàn)自己的實踐夢想，所以我計劃在這個寒假中利用三天的時間，對北京做一個跨越歷史的超時空穿越。

　　一、計劃主題：

　　超時空穿越追溯北京城的發(fā)展史。

　　二、計劃目標：

　　通過實地參觀對于北京地區(qū)的形成、北京的建城、北京的的建都加以了解。

　　三、計劃準備：

　　1、按質(zhì)、按量提前完成寒假作業(yè)，預留出參觀時間。

　　2、向父母提前預約時間，帶自己參加社會實踐活動。

　　3、準備紙、筆、照相機等記錄用品，隨時做好參觀記錄。

　　4、上網(wǎng)了解參觀點的具體地點、開閉館時間及注意事項。

　　四、計劃實施步驟：

　　第一天：參觀周口店北京人遺址。

　　周口店北京人遺址位于北京市房山區(qū)周口店龍骨山，距北京城約50公里。作為古人類遺址的重要代表，周口店保存了縱貫70萬年的人類生存歷史。證實50萬年以前北京地區(qū)已有人類活動。考古學家在這里發(fā)現(xiàn)了距今約60萬年前的一個完整的猿人頭蓋骨，定名為北京猿人。1987年12月聯(lián)合國教科文組織世界遺產(chǎn)委員會批準周口店北京猿人遺址為世界文化遺產(chǎn)。

　　這些北京猿人正是北京的先民，也正是由于他們的出現(xiàn)，才給北京從荒蕪到部落、從部落到村鎮(zhèn)、從村鎮(zhèn)到城市、從城市到國都打下了基礎(chǔ)。

　　第二天：參觀西周燕國建城遺址及遼、金建都遺址。

　　西周初年（約公元前1000年）周武王即封召公于北京及附近地區(qū)，稱燕，都城在今北京房山區(qū)的琉璃河鎮(zhèn)。又封堯之后人于薊，在今北京西南。后燕國滅薊國，遷都于薊，統(tǒng)稱為燕都或燕京。這便有了北京作為城市的雛形，至今已有3000余年的歷史了。

　　遼*會同元年（公元938年）起在北京地區(qū)建立了陪都，號南京幽都府，開泰元年改號析津府。至今已有1074年。現(xiàn)在西城區(qū)廣安門內(nèi)大街還有遼燕角樓的遺址。

　　金*貞元元年（公元1153年），金朝皇帝海陵王完顏亮正式建都于北京，稱為中都，在今北京市西南，至今已有859年。現(xiàn)在西城區(qū)廣安門濱河公園還有金中都遺址。

　　第三天：參觀紫禁城了解明清帝王宮殿。

　　明朝初年，南京是京師。燕王于永樂元年改北平為北京，大規(guī)模修建北京，永樂十九年正月，明朝政府正式遷都北京。清朝入關(guān)后即占領(lǐng)北京，亦稱北京為京師順天府，屬直隸省。兩朝帝王均以紫禁城為日常生活辦公的主要場所。

　　五、計劃完成：

　　匯總實踐資料、筆記，完成實踐書面報告。

　　樹立信心，努力堅持，別放棄，更不可半途而廢。

　　1、早晨合理安排30分鐘讀一讀英語，你要知道，外語在初一是基礎(chǔ)呀。

　　2、利用3節(jié)課的時間分別完成三份寒假作業(yè)，要記住，獨立完成，切不可開小差。

　　3、中午適當午休，精力充沛才可以迎接下午的學習呀！

　　4、與早晨一樣，利用3節(jié)課時間做三份寒假作業(yè)，但是不可一下子貪多。要均衡、科學安排。

　　5、可以踢踢球、打打電腦。但是不可超過一小時。

　　6、晚上是你自由活動的時間，但是要看看新聞。

　　7、讀一篇好的小文章，寫一份日記，不少于200字。

　　8、有可能的話，每天讀一讀《三國演義》每天讀兩回，寫一寫自己讀后的感想，字數(shù)可多可少，但是不能不寫。

　　老師也不知這份計劃對你適用不適用，但是我真的希望在這個寒假會看到你這個“小聰明”有新的起色，有新的變化。
