I am particularly pleased that the Wenchuan Earthquake Orphan Fund has been established, to help the children who have lost their parents in the disaster.I wanted to take this opportunity to send my deepest sympathy following this terrible tragedy to the people of China, and my most heartfelt condolences to all those who have lost loved ones.
