　　20xx年9月帶著對知識的渴望，懷著夢想，我走進了xx大學，回首過去，在這過去的一年的研究生生活中，我的學習、工作、思想和科研能力都得到了進一步的提高。

　　在學習方面，勤奮刻苦，我注重培養自己嚴謹的科學態度及獨立的研究能力，力求學有專精，學以致用，經過一年的學習，各科成績都較優秀。在研一期間，導師帶領我們順利的完成了六次不同專題的研討，在這個過程中，我學到了書本以外的很多國際貿易方面的知識，進一步加強了自己在科研方面的能力。

　　在活動方面，我積極參加學校和學院組織的各項文體活動，比如學校的羽毛球大賽，拔河比賽，籃球比賽等等，并在羽毛球比賽中獲得了二等獎；在學院的籃球比賽中，跟同學們默契配合，取得了第一名的好成績；另外，在xx大學首屆研究生趣味英語配音中，表現突出，榮獲三等獎；在xx大學xx學院第x屆“青春講壇”活動中表現突出，榮獲三等獎等等。通過以上活動，我得到了很好的鍛煉，而且還結識了不同專業的朋友。

　　在生活方面，由于性格的原因，我并不是很善于表達，但這并不影響我和同學們的相處。我和宿舍的姐妹來自不同的地方，家庭背景和性格也各不相同，在日常的生活中不免會有沖突，但經過一段時間的改進，我們學會了忍耐也知道了寬容，現在我們的宿舍就像一個大家庭，充滿了溫馨和快樂。我和班里的兄弟姐妹們也相處的很融洽，在這一年的生活中，我們相互扶持，相互幫助，堅信真正的友誼是經的住考驗的。平時，我即喜歡一個人安安靜靜的聽著音樂看書，也喜歡和朋友們一起打打球或者一起暢談人生哲理。“將心比心，以誠相待”是我的交友原則，所以我背后一直都有一批好朋友支持著，這些好朋友是我人生的一筆寶貴財富，值得我一生去珍惜。我的生活“簡單并快樂著”！
