1、在準(zhǔn)備申請文書之前，一定要先擬一份草稿。
2、學(xué)校需要充分的時間審核學(xué)生的信息及文案，學(xué)生一定要確定好院校的申請截止日期，盡可能提前準(zhǔn)備并提交申請，
3、通常情況下，學(xué)生并不需要在工作經(jīng)歷及課外活動經(jīng)驗方面下太大功夫。在申請文書寫作中，關(guān)于工作經(jīng)歷的方面，學(xué)生要表達(dá)出的應(yīng)該是個人能力及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力和創(chuàng)新能力的優(yōu)勢。

Inspired by the student council advisors at my high school.
Student council was a big part of my life in high school. I have participated in it since my frst year of high school. When I frst joined， I was quiet， na?ve， and unwilling to participate in many activities. I was scared to meet new people and afraid to apply myself. This all began to change. Half way through my frst year in student council， one of the advisors can up to me and asked why I did not participate that much. I did not have an answer for her and did not know how to respond. After this， I began to think of an answer. I became frustrated and decided to change. I started to show up at events and had a great time. I realized I loved this and wanted to start leading these activities. In my sophomore， junior， and now my senior year of high school， I asserted myself and took on a strong leadership role in student council. I did not fgure out the answer to why I was so reserved until this year with the help of this question.
When I looked up leadership in the dictionary， it said that it was the capacity to lead and the act or instance of leading. These are two very broad defnitions of leadership. Many people have different notions of what this word actually means. When I was challenged to use different items to describe what leadership actually is， I thought this was going to be a hard and obnoxious task. What could I learn comparing leadership to a stuffed animal or a rubber chicken? But when I sat down to come up with a couple of answers， I realized that leadership could be compared to almost anything a person wants.
All I know about leadership I learned a calculator. A calculator can add everything together to come up with the best answer. It can delet e what is unnecessary and only include what is important. It can solve any type of problem. These are all important equalities a leader has to have. A leader has to be able to add all of the ideas together to make the best possible plan. Leaders have to know how to decipher the good and the bad out of an idea. They have to be versatile and know how to deal with different types of issues.
All I know about leadership I learned a ball. A ball is able to bounce back up after it is dropped. It is round and has no creases. A ball can be thrown back and forth to different people. All of these qualities are also leadership qualities. A leader has to be ready for every situation that is thrown at him or her. He or she has to be able to bounce back any setbacks and never dwell on the past. Leaders have to exhibit many qualities and never be closed-minded about a situation. A leader must be able to delegate when he or she cannot get the work done. They have to trust everyone they lead to be able to "catch the ball" and keep a project rolling.
This activity made me realize that being a leader is so much more than just having authority and having the ability to take control of a situation. A leader has to be trusting of all the people he or she leads and， leaders must be able to combine ideas into one encompassing idea. They cannot sit in the background and watch events happen; they have to jump in and be involved. They should not delegate all their responsibilities away.
Leadership is more than what the dictionary says it is.
I learned through all of this that I have many of these qualities.
I have the ability to solve problems， lead through adversity， and be versatile. From answering this question， I realized that I could lead effectively， even if my leadership style is different other individuals. When I joined student council in my frst year of high school， I did not have these qualities because I was never put into a situation where I had to lead. I was too reserved to try. When I tried， I learned that I could succeed in this. I did not realize until I answered this question about leadership. I was never able to see that being a leader is not just about taking control of a group and telling everyone what to When I was a freshman， I thought leadership was this. I did not know that did not have to be forceful and strict. I stereotyped a leader then. Thisis where I went wrong. A leader is about being yourself and never letting anyone change you. I thought I had to change to be a good leaderOnly when I expanded my comfort zone did I realize this was not trueIt only took three years and a silly question/game to fgure this out.

第一步：列提綱
一定要列提綱。從素材和架構(gòu)方面給人眼睛一亮的感覺。可以邊整理素材邊做筆記，把突現(xiàn)的靈感和閃光點記錄下來，將這些內(nèi)容按照大綱寫入申請書，大家需要注意的是，在這個過程中，要注意挖掘、發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的獨特之處，外國人都喜歡與眾不同的人。
第二步：開頭
一定要寫一個“龍頭”。我們平時閱讀文章的時候會注意到，如果一篇文章的開頭寫的很好的話，我們會很有興趣往下讀，但如果對文章的開頭就不感興趣的話，根本不可能再接著讀。PS也不例外。一篇好的PS的開頭肯定非常吸引人，讓人有讀下去的欲望。
而不是模仿別人的寫法，給人毫無新意的感覺，這樣不管你后面的內(nèi)容有多精彩，讀者都不會有心情看下去了。因此，PS開頭要與眾不同，要精煉，不用太長，要推出主題句，即全文的中心。然后在下文中環(huán)環(huán)相扣，層層推開，有跌宕起伏，有起承轉(zhuǎn)合。
第三步：主題
PS的主體部分應(yīng)該是鏗鏘有力的“金剛身”，有邏輯，有說服力，詳略得當(dāng)，重點突出。當(dāng)你的PS開了一個好頭，吸引人看下去的時候，就是主體部分起作用的時候，讀者要通過PS的主體部分來進(jìn)一步了解你是什么樣的人，你具備哪些品質(zhì)和能力等。
主體部分通常包括個人經(jīng)歷、教育背景、工作經(jīng)歷、科研經(jīng)歷等，具體寫什么內(nèi)容，突出哪些部分要依個人情況來定。在寫這些經(jīng)歷是，不要平鋪直敘，僅僅羅列出你有過什么經(jīng)歷，你的角色和你具體做了什么，更重要的是要展現(xiàn)出你從這些事件或經(jīng)歷中學(xué)到了什么，這些經(jīng)歷對你的申請起到什么作用，如何去看待和評價這種經(jīng)歷。
在主體部分，一定要突出自己是個什么樣的人，一定要能展現(xiàn)出你的特點、長處、未來的目標(biāo)、以及它們之間的相關(guān)性。但不要一味的夸自己，或?qū)懗龊芸裢木渥印?/p>
第四步：結(jié)尾
需要有一個“鳳尾”。一篇優(yōu)秀的PS應(yīng)該是龍頭鳳尾，首尾呼應(yīng)的。結(jié)尾呼應(yīng)全文又對全文進(jìn)行概括性總結(jié)，要能夠讓主題更加鮮明。PS的結(jié)尾不能太過復(fù)雜，簡潔明了，有說服力就可以了，不要過于冗雜。

As I involved myself into politics,I realized that it isall-embracive-wielding its way over social and economic life-it is theomnipotent of Pakistan.It can mobilize public opinion,gear up propagandamachinery,make or repeal laws and what not.Backed up by public opinion,supportedby the majority of the legislators,armed with the means to keep the people in astate of ignorance,political power crosses the limits of dictatorialpowers.Political power,like the most powerful intoxicant,makes the persons inpower to forget social ethics,political morality and obligations.

現(xiàn)在有很多的大學(xué)生畢業(yè)后面臨就業(yè)難的問題，這也將是我今后不能回避的，但我想，這是一個適應(yīng)社會的問題。大學(xué)是一個可以接觸并嘗試眾多領(lǐng)域的獨一無二的場所，是一個溝通社會的平臺。我希望這里掌握生活技能，培養(yǎng)自己的社會角色，使自己能承擔(dān)社會責(zé)任，權(quán)利和義務(wù)，成為一個真正的社會人。
現(xiàn)在的科技發(fā)展可謂日新月異，我的學(xué)習(xí)是要掌握最基本的學(xué)習(xí)工具和方法，將來利用這些工具和方法，再去學(xué)習(xí)新的東西。我們不可能靠在大學(xué)里學(xué)到的知識來維護(hù)一生的，以后如果不再學(xué)了，照樣會落后，所以，本科讀什么專業(yè)不能完全決定畢業(yè)后的工作方向。我希望根據(jù)我的學(xué)科特長，選擇適合我的專業(yè)，但是我不會太在意專業(yè)的趨向，絕對服從學(xué)校根據(jù)我的情況進(jìn)行專業(yè)調(diào)劑。

X大學(xué)，以怒蹄奔騰的駿馬為標(biāo)志物，希望學(xué)子們能“騰天潛淵，吐納川海;遼闊原野，一任奔馳”，博大高遠(yuǎn)的追求使我渴慕不已，心神往之。我渴望成為X大學(xué)的一名學(xué)生。
由于在數(shù)學(xué)上表現(xiàn)出了優(yōu)秀的能力，我5歲時上了小學(xué)。20X年時，我們?nèi)襾淼奖本㈤_始了我在X學(xué)校長達(dá)8年的學(xué)習(xí)。這8年來，X見證著我點點滴滴的進(jìn)步。來到北京前我對英語一無所知，可我的母校是一個國際化的學(xué)校，于是我的英語讓老師和父母十分著急。后來在父母老師的幫助之下，我一直努力提高自己的英語水平，現(xiàn)在英語已經(jīng)成為我的優(yōu)勢之一。小升初的時候，我的成績還不是很好，在我初中三年的不懈努力之下，最終以中考523分(當(dāng)時的市重點線)的成績進(jìn)入了我校高中部實驗班。在高一時我的成績在班里、年級的前列，參加了海淀區(qū)數(shù)學(xué)、物理、化學(xué)競賽，并在第X屆全國數(shù)學(xué)“希望杯”比賽中獲得全國三等獎。進(jìn)入高二之后，我在所有考試(包括月考、期中期末考、高三的周考、區(qū)統(tǒng)考)中都保持著班級第一、年級第一的成績，而且整個高中年級的各科會考成績都是A。我認(rèn)為只要對學(xué)習(xí)有著嚴(yán)肅認(rèn)真的態(tài)度，始終都在努力超越自我，就一定可以取得成功。而且我可以理性對待考試、不斷提高自己的學(xué)習(xí)能力，從而保持了一個穩(wěn)定的、向上的狀態(tài)，我會將這種狀態(tài)在我以后的學(xué)習(xí)、生活中繼續(xù)保持下去。
我出生在一個民主開放的家庭。父母都是老師，給我一定的自由發(fā)展空間，并著重培養(yǎng)我的領(lǐng)悟能力、學(xué)習(xí)能力和動手能力，讓我學(xué)會自立。于是我在遇到生活、學(xué)習(xí)、與人溝通相處等方面的困難時，都自己想辦法獨立解決，從而在各方面成為班級、年級的佼佼者。由于父母對我潛移默化的影響，我做事十分認(rèn)真，習(xí)慣追求完美，雖然十分完美是不可能的，但是追求完美的態(tài)度和意志讓我在學(xué)習(xí)、工作中有著出色的表現(xiàn)。
正如校訓(xùn)“X”所展示的，我的母校X學(xué)校，既秉承了傳統(tǒng)教育的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、求實，也發(fā)揚了寄宿學(xué)校的軍事化管理，更融入了外國教育的開放和高效。正是在這樣的環(huán)境中，我擁有了豐富的知識、多樣的能力、堅強的毅力和開朗的性格。在X年的學(xué)習(xí)生涯中，我更加成熟穩(wěn)重，做事心思縝密、謀劃周到，成為一個學(xué)習(xí)優(yōu)秀、善于處理各方面事務(wù)、全面發(fā)展的人。
