1、提升自我

二、出國留學缺點
1、花費高
凡事都有正反兩面，出國留學當然并非“處處香”，單是費用這一點，不說它是一項缺點，但也是攔在出國留學道路上的一座金錢大山。并且付出的成本與回報對于有些人來說不一定會成正比，經濟條件好并不在意，但中產階級就要考慮，留學一趟究竟值不值？
2、離家遠

1、在準備申請文書之前，一定要先擬一份草稿。
2、學校需要充分的時間審核學生的信息及文案，學生一定要確定好院校的申請截止日期，盡可能提前準備并提交申請，
3、通常情況下，學生并不需要在工作經歷及課外活動經驗方面下太大功夫。在申請文書寫作中，關于工作經歷的方面，學生要表達出的應該是個人能力及領導力和創新能力的優勢。

學生必須想清楚申請院校及專業的目的，并在文書中表達出對所學專業的優點及能力，必須讓學校清楚的認識到學生對所申請專業的熱情及潛力。

美國本科上線在60萬左右，少部分加拿大、英國、澳洲、新加坡的學校費用最低在15萬左右，通常是20-30萬不等，要區分不同的大學，不同的專業，以及不同的地理位置。我們在考慮是否讓孩子出國留學前，首先還是要考慮資金的問題，看自己的家庭能給孩子提供多大程度的資金支持，再決定是否出國，以及去哪個國家留學。
語言能力(托福/雅思)
無論是去英語國家還是非英語國家，都要考慮語言的問題。絕大部分的留學生是英語非母語的背景，要去到英語國家學習，通常需要準備托福或者雅思的語言考試作為自己英語能力的測試。按照經驗來說，我們能考取到一個不錯的國內大學的學生，比如一本，一般通過一段時間的學習，托福可以拿到8、90分的成績。以詞匯量為例，高考的核心詞匯量在3500左右，托福如果想考出一個還算可以的成績，詞匯量需要達到8、9000左右，由此可以看出托福的難度。
獨立和適應能力
我們的學生十幾年來習慣了中國的生活，突然去到一個陌生的國家，面臨不同的語言、文化、社會環境，需要比較強的適應能力。無論是出門辦個銀行卡，買個電話卡，還是逛街吃飯等，都需要留學生自己去應對處理。由于國外的教育體制等方面的不同，我們有的學生出去后會非常適應留學生活，甚至享受這個過程，但是很多學生卻是在這個過程中難以去自我約束，自我調整，而家長又鞭長莫及，最后出現很多問題。

加拿大留學
一、成績條件
1、GPA成績
加拿大學校的藝術專業，對學生在國內讀書時期的GPA分數的要求不是很高，只要達到80分以上就可以了，但是對于你所學的專業課的GPA分數要求比較高，通常要在85分到90分以上才行。
2、語言分數
加拿大的藝術專業的語言分數沒有商科專業的分數這么高，通常需要學生的IELTS分數 能夠達到6.5分以上，或者TOEFL的分數在90分以上就可以了，有些加拿大學校的藝術專業要求更低，IELTS達到6.0分或者TOEFL達到80分就可以。
二、資金要求
去加拿大讀藝術專業可不是一筆小數目，加拿大的公立大專學校里面的藝術專業一年的學費最低是六萬元到七萬八左右，加拿大的本科學校的藝術專業一年的學費大致是十萬元左右，而加拿大的社區學院的藝術專業是最貴的，一年的學生要交是十三萬元到是十六萬元左右。
生活費用也是比較高的，一年大致是十萬元到十五萬元左右，所以在加拿大讀藝術專業，一年要準備二十萬元到三十一萬元不等，這一年的費用是需要不少的，需要有經濟方面的支撐。
三、作品集
這是對藝術專業獨有的一個要求，在申請加拿大的藝術專業之前，就要把作品集給準備好，并且發送過去，不同的藝術專業學生要準備的作品集不一樣。

留學馬來西亞體檢準備攻略
一、體檢準備
1.材料準備
要準備的材料不算多，主要是大家的身份證明，即本人的護照和簽證，由于是新生居留和學生卡可能還沒有發放，所以直接出示自己的護照以及簽證，就足夠證明本人的合法身份了。
然后是進行體檢的表格(Health ExaminationForm)，可以抵達后領取，也可以直接在上下載，里面又涉及到基本信息的內容是需要自己填的，而且還需要貼上最近的照片。
2.身體準備
體檢的前一天要保證正常的飲食和作息，這樣才會有一個比較健康的身體狀況，而且當天要記得吃了早飯再去，不然可能會低血糖，而且要記得多喝水，因為要進行尿檢。
女生要特別注意避開經期，因為體檢中部分的項目是在經期的時候不能做的，大家再進行預約的時候，一定要保證自己不是在經期或者即將到來，保證自己能夠完成所有的項目檢查。
二、體檢地址
基本上各大合法的診所和醫院，都是可以進行體檢的，其結果都會受到認可，大家選擇距離自己比較近的就可以了，不過由于需要進行胸透等檢查，所以要確保診所有X光設備。
三、體檢流程
首先要做的就是填表，完善表格的基本信息，如果大家在家已經填好了可以在現場節省這一步驟，然后就是接受尿檢，需要去廁所取樣，記得多喝水才能夠順利的拿到樣品。
緊接著就是去五官科進行視力、耳鼻口的檢查，近視的學生可以直接報自己的視力，這樣不需要摘眼鏡，還需要測身高和體重;緊接著是測量血壓，然后會抽血準備樣品檢查。
最后就是去進行X光檢查，對內臟進行直接的胸透，需要脫掉上衣，女生也要脫內衣，檢查是比較快的，大家不需要擔心，整個過程大概兩個小時，完成后就可以回家等結果了。
馬來西亞留學行李清單
一、證件類
去馬來西亞讀書，證件是一定不能少帶的。如果你少帶了哪樣證件的話，連出入境都是不行的，更別說去馬來西亞的學校辦理入學的手續了。身份證的原件你可以不需要帶，但是護照是一定要帶的，還有學校給你發的錄取通知書，對你辦理入學是非常重要的，還有證件照片，在辦理學生證的時候會用得上。還有一些其他學校需要你準備的文件，你一定都要帶齊全了，把他們都放在你隨身攜帶的包包里面，放在大行李箱里面也會很麻煩。
二、費用
到馬來西亞去讀書是有英語的要求的`，所有有需要學習英語的學生要接受英語的培訓，如果是在國內學習3個月的話費用是5000元左右，在馬來西亞學習英語的費用是8000元左右。在課程的學習上面要看你們選的學校，在公立學校讀本科的學費是8000元-12000元之間，碩士的學費是12000-15000元之間，在馬來西亞的非公立學校讀書的學費是30000-40000元之間，碩士一般是學習一年半學費是70000元。另外還有生活費用3500元-5000元一個月，一年下來在生活上面的花費是42000元到60000元左右。
三、生活類
1、衣物：馬拉西亞是沒有冬天的，所以羽絨服等非常厚的衣服是不需要帶的，多帶幾件T恤，就你們平時在國內夏天穿的衣物就可以，鞋子也是。衣服、鞋子在馬來西亞好一點的都比國內的要貴，所以還是從國內帶過去會好一點。
2、文具：你在上課的時候做筆記需要用到的筆記本還有熒光筆，鉛筆、橡皮擦、筆芯也都帶上，如果你使用鋼筆的話，也帶一瓶墨水過來，還有小型的訂書機等等，你可以把這些東西都放在你的文具包里面不會散落出來。
3、洗漱用品：洗漱用品雖然在馬來西亞的超市里面有賣，而且還便宜，但是短時間你可能沒有時間去購買，你可以從家里帶少量的過來，等到把這部分的用完之后，再去超市買，還有一些護膚品這里也是要比國內的要便宜，不需要從家里帶很多過來。
4、藥品：帶一些常見的藥品，比如感冒的、過敏的、止癢的、中暑的等等，平時用藥就可以治好的小病就不用去診所了。
5、防曬用品：馬來西亞的天氣非常的曬，防曬霜是最最重要的，還有太陽鏡、太陽帽、遮陽傘，這些可以把它帶齊。
6、電器：手機、電腦(有就帶過來)、充電器、電池、插線板、轉換插頭(這個其實在馬來西亞也有，還是帶著比較好)。

第三步：主題
PS的主體部分應該是鏗鏘有力的“金剛身”，有邏輯，有說服力，詳略得當，重點突出。當你的PS開了一個好頭，吸引人看下去的時候，就是主體部分起作用的時候，讀者要通過PS的主體部分來進一步了解你是什么樣的人，你具備哪些品質和能力等。
主體部分通常包括個人經歷、教育背景、工作經歷、科研經歷等，具體寫什么內容，突出哪些部分要依個人情況來定。在寫這些經歷是，不要平鋪直敘，僅僅羅列出你有過什么經歷，你的角色和你具體做了什么，更重要的是要展現出你從這些事件或經歷中學到了什么，這些經歷對你的申請起到什么作用，如何去看待和評價這種經歷。

一、準備英語考試

出國留學簽證就是在一個人所持的護照或旅行證件上簽注（蓋章），或貼上一張標簽，蓋章或標簽帶有清晰的說明文字，指明持有人進入該國的事由、允許停留的時間、或通過其領土前往其他國家的許可。一個人如果想出國旅行、定居或者留學、結婚等，除了需要持有護照以外，還應該持有相應的簽證。護照是持有者的國籍和身份證明，簽證則是主權國家準許外國公民或者本國公民出入境或者經過國境的許可證明。簽證一般都簽注在護照上，也有的簽注在代替護照的其他旅行證件上，有的還頒發另紙簽證。如美國和加拿大的移民簽證是一張A4大的紙張，新加坡對外國人也發一種另紙簽證，簽證一般來說須與護照同時使用，方有效力。對外國人，一般均是根據申請者的身份和入境目的發給不同的入境簽證，如旅游、探親、移民、留學、工作等簽證，并限制入境后的居留時間。因簽證種類不同，要求提供的有關材料也不一樣。一般對以短期居留為目的的申請限制較少，等待批準的時間也較短。對以長期居留為目的，申請則限制較多，待批的時間也較長。一個國家沒有允許外國人無條件入境的義務（有條約者除外），一個外國人也沒有要求一國政府允許他入境的權利。一個主權國家對外國人入境永遠是有條件限制的。近些年來，隨著國際貿易、國際政治關系的發展，旅游業的興旺，許多國家的簽證規定趨于簡化。各國之間也有互免簽證或簡化簽證手續的協議。
簽證的有效期，是指從簽證簽發之日起到以后的一段時間內準許入境，超過這一期限，該簽證就是無效簽證。一般國家發給3個月有效的入境簽證，也有的國家發給1個月有效的入境簽證。有的國家對簽證有效期限制很嚴，如德國只按申請日期發放簽證。過境簽證約有效期一般都比較短。
簽證的停留期，是指持證人入境該國后準許停留的時間。它與簽證有效期的區別，在于簽證的有效期是指簽證的使用期限，即在規定的時間內持證人可出入或經過該國。如某國的人、出境簽證有效期為3個月，停留期為l5天，那么，這個簽證從簽發日始3個月內無論哪一天都可以入、出該國國境，但是，從入境當日起，到出境當日止，持證人在該國只能停留15天。有的國家簽發必須在3個月之內入境，而入境后的`停留期為1個月；有的國家簽證入境期限和停留期是一致的。如美國訪問簽證的有效期和停留期都是3個月，即在3個月內入境方為有效，入境后也只能停留3個月。簽證有效期一般為1個月或者3個月；最長的一般為半年或者1年以上，如就業和留學簽證；最短的為3天或者7天，如過境簽證。
工作簽證，是指申請國國籍之外的申請人及外籍人士向申請國使館申請的，并且是受雇于申請國認證的正規機構。工作簽證是可以進入申請國國境之內進行工作的許可證，這是有法律效力的，非移民性質的證件。如果是留學生，畢業后不同的國別申請的工作簽證類型也不一樣。英國留學生畢業后只能申請三類工作簽證：即第二層級簽證、第五層級臨時工作簽證和第一層級（畢業生創業者）簽證。
有效次數，簽證除了有效期、停留期之外，還規定有效次數。一般分為一次有效簽證、兩次和多次有效簽證等。簽證的有效次數是指該簽證在有效期內，使用一次就失效。兩次有效簽證，即在簽證有效期內可以使用兩次。多次有效簽證，即在簽證有效期內持照人可以多次出、入其國境。例如澳大利亞、印度的旅游簽證有的是在3個月或者6個月內允許多次入出境。有些國家受雇簽證也是多次入境有效。當然簽發何種簽證，有效期限多長，有效次數多少，簽證機關是根據入境申請者的具體情況決定的。

And then, all parts were made with various machine toolssuch as CNC lathe, wire electrical discharge machine, vertical machining center,and so on. Finally, we had toassembly all parts to the harmonic gear reducer,and test-drove it for many times. With five-week unremitting efforts, wesucceeded in the project of harmonic gear reducer and obtained the highestpraise. This special experience makes it very helpful for my further study.Firstly, I find the connection between theory and practice. Textbooks couldhardly cover everything, therefore, if we want to learn more, we should pursueevery opportunity to have practices. Meanwhile, I experienced the importance andmightiness of cooperation. In the project, we divided ourselves into severalparts, not only doing one’s own work well, but also cooperating with each otherharmoniously.
Another case worthy mentioning is my design project for graduation,“Manufacturing and Performance of Electroplated CBN Tools”. The main objectiveof this project is the manufacturing of the electroplated CBN (Cubic BoronNitride) wheels and the research of its performance when grinding theheat-resisted steel. I had completed three steps of task. Firstly, I took chargeof the manufacturing of electroplated CBN wheels, covering the following work:selecting electroplating solution, computing various electroplating parameterssuch as electrical current and temperature, adhering CBN to the tool base byelectroplating a nickel layer. After these basic preparations, I had to do thesecond part of the research work to compare grinding abilities of electroplatedCBN wheels with those of other wheels such as SiC wheels, Al2O3 wheels etc. Thispart of the work needs the researcher’s highly particularity and staidness. Idid the detailed work as follows: (1) Grind heat-resisted steel with variouswheels in the same grinding conditions. (2) Record data and compute the grindingratio of various wheels. (3) Measure the surface roughness of the heat-resistedsteel ground by various wheels. (4) Observe dulling and pullout of abrasivegrains of various wheels by using optical microscope. In this part, we canconclude that electroplated wheels have far better grinding abilities than otherwheels, by comparing parameters, such as grinding ratio, surface roughness etc.The final assignment of the project is to find out the most suitable parametersof grinding heat-resisted steel with electroplated CBN wheels, through comparingthe grinding ratio and surface roughness of heat-resisted steel ground indifferent grinding parameters. By investigating the attributes of electroplatedCBN wheels and concluding their practical grinding parameters, this project isvery important in promoting the application of them.

Whenthe concentration of rare earth ions is below a certain ultimate limit, thefunction of the ions changes from that of facilitating cell apoptosis to that ofsuppressing cell apoptosis.
