It is alsoimportant to carry out educational experimentations in which educationalpredictions are complemented by educational feedbacks. The overriding factor which ensures the eventualmaterialization of new concepts and gives rise to effective approaches ismanagement. As a branch of applied science， the science of management hascrucial value not only for developing countries like China which are makinguttermost efforts to catch up with the developed countries， but also for theleading multinational giants in the developed countries themselves. For a personlike me who has decided to pursue marketing management as my career objective，to sharpen my intellectual caliber， to understand the essence of management andto grasp important skills of management have become my greatest aspiration.

　　As a Master's student specializing in marketing and enterprise strategies，I am very proud to report that I have made some encouraging researchachievements. 　　您好!提筆給您寫這封信，真是需要一些勇氣的。

　　從小在農村長大，使我更向往簡單，純實的狀態(tài)和自然，和諧的環(huán)境。所以人民大學“明德博學，求實篤行”的校風和“群園幽然”的環(huán)境，正是我選擇人大的原因。

　　我出生在一個教師家庭，祖輩和夫輩都從事著樹人育材的事業(yè)，受家庭影響，我也希望自己將來從事一些教育，研究方面的工作。人文社會科學是研究社會發(fā)展演進的學科，可以通過對社會規(guī)律的正確認識知道社會變革，當前中國正處在一個大變革的時代，我希望自己將來的工作可以為這個過程盡一份綿薄之力。

　　我的小學和初中的學習都是在農村完成的。在那里，落后的硬件設施沒有阻擋我們全面發(fā)展的腳步。事實上，因為課業(yè)壓力不是太重，我們反而有更多的時間去學習如何認識自己，如何與人相處。小學和初中我都是擔任班長，負責紀律和各種活動的組織。那段經歷對我而言是一種礪煉，對我產生了很大影響。我曾參加鎮(zhèn)運動會，書畫比賽等都獲得名次;曾經做過軍樂隊的指揮;擔任過班級的新年晚會的組織者和主持人;也曾經被選為山西新聞協會小記者分會的小記者;也曾參加希望杯數學競賽獲獎，__年我獲得了以前入團的資格。小學畢業(yè)時全鎮(zhèn)第一名，中學畢業(yè)時以全鎮(zhèn)第二名考入了山西省重點高中榆次一中。

　　初來榆次一中，環(huán)境的巨大變換和獨自離家在外，我感到不是很適應，隨著時間的推移，我逐漸融入了這個和我曾經習慣的環(huán)境不甚相同的集體。雖然高中階段都是為了全力以赴迎接，但是我仍然參加了學校的志愿者活動，擔任了班級的志愿者隊長，《榆次一中志愿者報》編輯，還與同學一起成功舉辦了年級的演講比賽。在高一，高二我連續(xù)獲得了本�！案Ｉ姜剬W金”，高一獲“校園之星”，高二獲優(yōu)秀學生和優(yōu)秀團員稱號�？鞓范�充實的高中，為理想而奮斗的高中，是我一生的記憶。

　　我是一個性格偏內向的人，也認為自己并不是適合作者。雖然多年鍛煉讓我受益非淺，也克服了我不少性格中的弱點。但是我還是向往平靜而深刻的生活。即使不是知識分子，“一簞食，一瓢飲”的安逸樂道，“歲寒，然后知松柏之后凋”的深邃孤寂與堅守，也是每一個有靈魂的人內心深出的應有之義。

　　課余時間，我喜歡讀書，看報，聽音樂。一些學者文集是我桌邊常放的書籍。如劉瑜的《民主的細節(jié)》，雷歐的《歷史的進退》，錢穆的《改革得失》等等。我利用課余時間讀《南方周末》。了解人情世事，開闊視野。我喜歡老歌，因為他們是經過歲月的篩選，沉淀真最精華的價值。

　　“三月紫丁，五月槐香”是榆次一中的特色。明年當人大“玉蘭滿園”的時節(jié)，希望我可以踏入人大自主招生的考場。人大是我夢寐以求的大學殿堂，感謝您百忙中閱讀我的自薦信，也希望您能接受我的申請，讓我實現自己的理想。
