依照常規(guī),一次慶典大致上應(yīng)包括下述幾項(xiàng)程序:預(yù)備:請(qǐng)來(lái)座就座,出席者安靜,介紹佳賓。
第一項(xiàng),宣布慶典正式開(kāi)始,全體起立,奏國(guó)歌,唱本單位之歌。
第二項(xiàng),本單位主要負(fù)責(zé)人致辭。其內(nèi)容是,對(duì)來(lái)賓表示感謝,介紹此次慶典的緣由,等等,其重點(diǎn)應(yīng)是報(bào)捷以及慶典的可“慶”之處。
第三項(xiàng),邀請(qǐng)嘉賓講話(huà),大體上講,出席此次的上級(jí)主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、協(xié)作單位及社區(qū)關(guān)系單位,均應(yīng)有代表講話(huà)或致賀辭。
