每一筆交易的貨物價格應由乙方與買主通過談判確定，并須經甲方最后確認。

為使甲方充分了解現(xiàn)行市場情況，乙方承擔至少每季度一次或在必要時隨時向甲方提供市場報告，內容包括與本協(xié)議代理商品的進口與銷售有關的地方規(guī)章的變動、當?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展趨勢以及買方對甲方按協(xié)議供應的貨物的品質、包裝、價格等方面的意見。乙方還承擔向甲方提供其他供應商類似商品的報價和廣告資料。
9.廣告及費用
乙方負擔本協(xié)議有效期內在新銷售代理商品做廣告宣傳的一切費用，并向甲方提交所用于廣告的聲像資料，供甲方事先核準。
10.傭金
對乙方直接獲取并經甲方確認接受的訂單，甲方按凈發(fā)票售價向乙方支付5％的傭金。 傭金在甲方收到每筆訂單的全部貨款后才會支付。
11.政府部門間的交易
在甲、乙雙方政府部門之間達成的交易不受本協(xié)議條款的限制，此類交易的金額也不應計入第五條規(guī)定的最低業(yè)務量。
12.工業(yè)產權
在本協(xié)議有效期內，為銷售有關洗衣機，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的_____，并承認使用于或包含于_________中的任何專利_____、版權或其他工業(yè)產權為甲方獨家擁有。 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)侵權，乙方應立即通知甲方并協(xié)助甲方采取措施保護甲方權益。
