外語系畢業論文的格式要求
一、 正文前部分：包括封面（漢語封面在前，英語封面在后、內容摘要（中文摘要在前，英文摘要在后）、目錄（只需英文）三大部分。
1. 封面：英文封面（論文扉頁）的格式舉例如下：

2.內容摘要：中英文摘要各300字（中文摘要在前，英文摘要在后，中英文摘要內容大體一致）。其下兩行要注明3-5個關鍵詞，關鍵詞之間需要分號隔開。

二、正文部分：
論文正文字數（從introduction 起算至bibliography）要求在3000-5000字左右。論文每一章開始需要重新起頁，頁碼范圍從introduction 起至bibliography止，正文前部分無須插入頁碼。文內圖片或掃描打印或用碳素墨筆繪制。
三、正文后部分
（一）注釋：非文學類論文中的引文只需在文中做夾注；文學類論文中的引文需統一做尾注notes，置于參考文獻（bibliography）之前單獨成頁，其中的引注要按其在正文中出現的順序，標明序號列出（序號1，2等置于引文結束后右上角）；格式采用首行縮進。尾注格式如下：

（二）參考文獻：需按作者姓氏首字母排序，不加序號，格式采用懸掛縮進。參考文獻數目不得少于15個（其中英文書目不得少于8個）。排列順序英文書目在前，中文書目在后。
bibliography(非文學類)
參考書寫法及順序：姓, 名. 出版年.書名. 出版地：出版社.
例：

參考期刊雜志寫法及順序：姓, 名. 出版年.文章名.雜志名(斜體). 卷，期，頁碼.

說明：1.文學類論文要把出版年置于整條書目的最后，其余完全相同。
2.注意中文和英文書目的書寫順序，特別是標點符號和空格。
3.正文中引文若超過40字，需單獨成段。去除引號，字號縮小（小四號字）。段落左側整體向右縮進4個字母，右側與上段平齊。在引文最后標注序號（文學類）或做夾注（非文學類）。
4.引文或夾住一定要與后面的注釋和參考書保持一致。
（三）文學類論文：（引文需統一作尾注，置于結論之后，參考文獻之前， 文中引文根據其出現的先后順序用序號 [1] [2] [3] [4] …標出, 出處相同的引文用相同序號, 尾注標明頁碼）

非文學類論文： 文中引文需作夾注, 即: (作者姓氏, 出版年:頁碼），正文與引文間需空1行。
we can know the relationship of language performance and metapragmatic awareness in verschueren’s article:
the relationship between conceptualizations and practices of linguistic action, in spite of the surface reflection of some of its properties in patterns of lexicalization, is to be situated at the more subliminal level of metapragmatic awareness. it forms the basis of language and language use which are changed rarely within a given community. (verschueren, :197)
once language ideologies constitute in the mind, metapragmatic awareness will stand in the leading place and control the speaker’s utterance automatically.
注意：引文或夾住一定要與后面的注釋和參考書保持一致。
四、打印要求：
1.“大標題”的字型字號：times new roman,3號字，粗體，居中；“小標題”使用times new roman，4號字，粗體，左對齊；
2.“內容摘要”和“關鍵詞”的字型字號：宋體（中文）或times new roman（英文）4號字；
3.“正文”的字型字號：times new roman，4號字；
4.“參考文獻和引注”的字型字號：times new roman，小4號字；
5.全部內容順序在a4復印紙上打印；
6.具體格式：每頁行數：32行；行跨度：22磅；欄數：1；頁邊距：上2.4cm, 下2.4cm, 左2cm, 右2.4cm；裝訂線：1cm；裝訂位置：左側。
7.經指導教師最終審查無誤后，將定稿存盤，務請每位同學耐心數次校對，以保證論文質量。
