　　四、雇傭合同的解除和終止

　　4.1合同期滿雙方不再續簽或者雙方約定的合同終止條件出現時，雇傭合同即終止。

　　4.2經合同雙方當事人協商一致，本合同可以解除。

　　5.1其他未盡事宜，雙方可參照甲方公司內部的相關規章制度執行。

　　5.2甲乙雙方均應遵守本合同之約定，任何一方違約，非違約方均有權要求違約方承擔相應的損失。

　　5.3甲乙雙方在本合同的執行中如有爭議，可協商解決。
