陜西臘八粥的做法
準(zhǔn)備克、紅棗6粒、葡萄干10克、桂圓10粒、黃豆20克、綠豆40克、黑豆20克、紅豆40克、栗子8個(gè)、薏仁米20克、豌豆40克、冰糖5粒、水適量。
做法:
1、將紅腰豆、花生、黃豆、綠豆、黑豆、紅豆、薏仁米、豌豆這些比較堅(jiān)硬不太容易煮熟的豆類提前用水浸泡一夜。
2、將大米、糯米、小米、黑米、薏仁米、蓮子洗凈加入清水浸泡上三個(gè)小時(shí),栗子和桂圓去殼。
3、紅棗洗凈去核切成條, 栗子浸泡一下剝?nèi)テぁ?/p>
5、先將紅腰豆、花生、黃豆、綠豆、黑豆、紅豆、薏仁米、豌豆、栗子這些較難熟的食材放入鍋中,加入適量水大火煮成半熟后再放入其余食材,煮開后轉(zhuǎn)小火繼續(xù)煮一小時(shí)左右。
6、煮到米粒軟糯、豆粒酥爛,粥變濃稠的時(shí)候放入適量冰糖。
7、小火熬煮至冰糖融化即可。
