　　一、對教學的建議

　　我認為教學要以提高學生的課堂體驗和實際能力為目的。我認為對于教學大局的決策，要與國際國家市場先進經驗方法保持一致，不能固守陳規，要緊跟時代步伐；要與教師學生保持和諧溝通，保證教學決策的完美執行。

　　二、對學習內容的建議

　　我認為英語的學習內容要豐富和合理，學習內容要包括聽說讀寫，包括英語語言的知識學習和西方國家的文化習俗了解。我認為我們要實事求是，做到聽得懂，說得出，讀的準，寫的對。我們要系統化了解西方文化，重點領域重點化了解，特色領域特色化了解。我們的學習內容要從詞匯到句子到文章到書籍著作，步步攻關，最終完成對西方文化的徹底了解，對自身能力的徹底顛覆。

　　三、對課程的建議

　　我認為英語課程不能過分拔高其地位，不能過分貶低其價值。我們要對英語學習及其價值意義有科學的準確的認識。我們不能對英語學科對于國家命運和個人前途過分夸大盲目高估，我們也不能徹底否定英語的積極意義。我認為學校和學生對于英語課程都要把握度，做到度在心中。

　　四、對學習條件的建議

　　我認為我們學校應當改善并提升我們的學習條件。我們學校的教學設施要滿足學生對于英語學習的聽，看，說，查。我們應該具備隨時可以練聽力的設備器材，我們應該具備觀看英語電影和其他相關視頻的學校數據庫，我們應該產生練習表達實戰的學生組織，我們應該具有一個切實可用的查詢英語資料的體系。

　　五、對學習年限的建議

　　我認為學習年限要分為兩個部分，學校方面的規定年限和學生自愿決定的年限。學校可以硬性規定兩年，每個同學必須修完兩年(四六級及格除外)，另外修完規定年限希望繼續學習深造的學校要組織教師進行教學。

　　六、對學校和教師對學生水平測試方法的建議

　　我認為測試學生水平一定要有考試的硬性測試和老師觀測的人性測試。試卷考試不可少，但難度及內容要恰當合理。老師的觀測要全面科學，主要反映試卷考不出的學生能力。

I thank teacher to me in six years the leadership of the school education training. As he will leave his Alma mater, I want to leave a little advice, even a little contribution to his Alma mater.

But the leaves in the clean the pool is very trouble, every Monday afternoon the students of grade six clean together, also want to use a class of time. So, I would suggest this pool earth fill, plant flowers and plants. In this way, not only beautify the environment and reduce the students cleaning the hard, not kill two birds with one stone?
