　　一、對教學的建議

　　我認為教學要以提高學生的課堂體驗和實際能力為目的。我認為對于教學大局的決策，要與國際國家市場先進經驗方法保持一致，不能固守陳規，要緊跟時代步伐；要與教師學生保持和諧溝通，保證教學決策的完美執行。

　　二、對學習內容的建議

　　我認為英語的學習內容要豐富和合理，學習內容要包括聽說讀寫，包括英語語言的知識學習和西方國家的文化習俗了解。我認為我們要實事求是，做到聽得懂，說得出，讀的準，寫的對。我們要系統化了解西方文化，重點領域重點化了解，特色領域特色化了解。我們的學習內容要從詞匯到句子到文章到書籍著作，步步攻關，最終完成對西方文化的徹底了解，對自身能力的徹底顛覆。

　　三、對課程的建議

　　我認為英語課程不能過分拔高其地位，不能過分貶低其價值。我們要對英語學習及其價值意義有科學的準確的認識。我們不能對英語學科對于國家命運和個人前途過分夸大盲目高估，我們也不能徹底否定英語的積極意義。我認為學校和學生對于英語課程都要把握度，做到度在心中。

　　四、對學習條件的建議

　　我認為我們學校應當改善并提升我們的學習條件。我們學校的教學設施要滿足學生對于英語學習的聽，看，說，查。我們應該具備隨時可以練聽力的設備器材，我們應該具備觀看英語電影和其他相關視頻的學校數據庫，我們應該產生練習表達實戰的學生組織，我們應該具有一個切實可用的查詢英語資料的體系。

　　五、對學習年限的建議

　　我認為學習年限要分為兩個部分，學校方面的規定年限和學生自愿決定的年限。學校可以硬性規定兩年，每個同學必須修完兩年(四六級及格除外)，另外修完規定年限希望繼續學習深造的學校要組織教師進行教學。

　　六、對學校和教師對學生水平測試方法的建議

　　我認為測試學生水平一定要有考試的硬性測試和老師觀測的人性測試。試卷考試不可少，但難度及內容要恰當合理。老師的觀測要全面科學，主要反映試卷考不出的學生能力。

　　Our society is in the trends of changing. As the changing increases,people’s working stress also increases. And it grows with each passing day. Manypeople have put lots of opinions on this problem. In my view, this tendency isinevitable and people can do is to accept it.

　　我們社會正在日益變化中。隨著變化的增長，人們的工作壓力也隨之增加。并與日俱增。很多人都對此發表的觀點。在我看來，這種趨勢是不可避免的，人們所能做的就是接受。

　　First of all, the population in the world is growing day by day, but theresource is less and less. Some places are lack of resource, which is a commonphenomenon. So, to alive, people have to work hard to get enough resource forthemselves. In addition, as people pay a lot of attention on education, nowadaysmost of them are well-educated with great knowledge. Of course, theircompetition is more and more fierce. Last, with the development of technology,the industry has greatly improved our working efficiency. The machine can workwithout rest, but people can’t. All these changes place lots of burden onpeople’s shoulder. Thus, it is natural that their working stress increase.

　　首先，世界人口日益增長，而資源卻越來越少。有些地方缺乏資源已經是很普遍的現象。所以，為了存活，人必須努力工作為自己取得足夠的資源。此外，由于人們很重視教育，如今大多數人都是受過良好教育。當然，他們的競爭是越來越多嚴峻。最后，隨著科技的發展，工業已大大改善了我們的工作效率。機器可以不休息一直運作，但人卻不可以。所有這些變化都讓人們肩負起更重的壓力。所以，他們的工作壓力增加是很自然的。

　　Although working stress increase, people have faced it in a proper way.This is the main trends of the world; people can’t change it by personal power.They can’t change it, but they can find a good way to accept it. As theirworking stress is increasing day by day, they can find other ways to relaxthemselves, such as, exercise, dance, travel, reading, sleep and so on. Ifpeople can adjust their situation well, they still can enjoy a happy life.

　　雖然工作壓力增大，但是人們也得正確地面對。這是主流;人們不可能憑借個人力量來改變它。他們無法改變，但他們可以用恰當的方式接受。由于他們工作壓力日益增加，他們可以找其他方法來放松自己，例如，鍛煉，跳舞，旅游，看書，睡覺等。如果人們可以調整好自己的狀態，他們仍然可以過著快樂的生活。
