2)在意大利行程結束最后要出關時,我的同事在辦理退稅時護照和機票一塊兒不見了,我同事急得快要“瘋”了,領隊是一個非常細心的人,每到行程的關鍵節點上,他總是很用心地關注著每個游客,當他知道我同事護照和機票遺失后,他非常冷靜,不是責怪而是安慰,讓她冷靜回想剛才在辦理手續時的情景中,他很快想到去找剛才在她后面辦理的旅客,不出所料,真的被后面辦理的旅客誤拿了,雖說有驚無險,但我們非常感謝他。
