　　1. 根據公司的戰略和銷售計劃,形成相應的銷售策略,并確保有效的執行;

　　2. 負責銷售公司制定的'財富管理產品,開發拓展有相關需求的客戶;

　　3. 負責向高凈值客戶提供專業理財規劃與投資建議,完成個人銷售業務指標;

　　職位要求:

　　1. 本科或以上學歷,營銷、金融等專業優先考慮;

　　2. 三年以上金融從業經驗, 現任銀行、證券及信托等金融類機構私人財富總監優先考慮;

　　3. 有銀行、保險、信托及第三方理財產品營銷經驗,以及高凈值客戶資源;

　　4. 具備敏銳快捷的市場反應能力及較強的風險控制意識,對基金產品有較深理解,熟悉行業管理的法律、法規和其他相關政策

　　4、具備廣泛的行業渠道及人脈關系,對直接投資、資本運作擁有豐富的社會資源;

　　5、具備良好的領導能力、團隊合作能力和優秀的職業操守。
