　　在新課標(biāo)的要求下，英語(yǔ)教育改革的新時(shí)期，轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)觀念，發(fā)展新的技能和技巧，是英語(yǔ)教學(xué)所面臨的新形勢(shì)，因此，如何更好的促進(jìn)課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量，提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣，是我們討論的共同話題�，F(xiàn)在，八年級(jí)下學(xué)期的教學(xué)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始了，八年級(jí)的教材形式上發(fā)生了變化，并且多了閱讀理解部分。其次八年級(jí)的語(yǔ)法知識(shí)點(diǎn)增多，難度也有所提高，對(duì)學(xué)生的口語(yǔ)表達(dá)能力和閱讀能力都有新的要求，這就對(duì)教師的要求有了新的提高：

　　一.教師在教學(xué)的過(guò)程中首先要把握重難點(diǎn)

　　我認(rèn)為這是教學(xué)中對(duì)教師最重要的要求。如果無(wú)法很好的把握重難點(diǎn)。則會(huì)對(duì)重點(diǎn)知識(shí)的講授蜻蜓點(diǎn)水，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生也無(wú)法分清重難點(diǎn)。學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)的過(guò)程中把大量的時(shí)間花費(fèi)在零散知識(shí)上，而忽視了重之之重。教師為了更好的把握重難點(diǎn)就要認(rèn)真的研讀教材，仔細(xì)研究教學(xué)參考，并且做好教學(xué)反思，從同學(xué)們的錯(cuò)誤中反饋?zhàn)约旱氖д`，不斷地摸索和探索。

　　二.其次語(yǔ)法講解一定要清楚，透徹。

　　在講解重點(diǎn)語(yǔ)法的過(guò)程中，教師要多舉例子，并且要學(xué)生造句子，不能光停留在枯燥，抽象的講解過(guò)程中。

　　三.應(yīng)加強(qiáng)學(xué)生的對(duì)話強(qiáng)度，鼓勵(lì)不開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)生開(kāi)口。有些學(xué)生是對(duì)自己不自信，是因?yàn)樵��?jīng)對(duì)話的過(guò)程中，出現(xiàn)失誤卻被老師尖刻的言語(yǔ)刺傷，所以當(dāng)學(xué)生出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤的時(shí)候應(yīng)微笑著讓他坐下，然后再糾正錯(cuò)誤。有些同學(xué)的對(duì)話可能會(huì)脫離現(xiàn)實(shí)生活，但只要開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ)就要鼓勵(lì)。

　　四.在教學(xué)過(guò)程中應(yīng)以學(xué)生為主體。

　　整個(gè)課堂是學(xué)生在開(kāi)口說(shuō)而不是老師在干巴巴的講授。尤其是教材的最后一部分，閱讀部分。要使同學(xué)們?cè)谀�讀的前提下做課本上要求的練習(xí)題，也可以確定幾個(gè)話題，學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行討論，鍛煉他們用英文思考的能力，運(yùn)用所學(xué)語(yǔ)言的能力。課文部分教材給出了一篇文章然后學(xué)生進(jìn)行閱讀，并且每篇文章后面都有若干個(gè)問(wèn)題，在這一部分一定要讓學(xué)生在默讀的前提下獨(dú)立完成回答問(wèn)題。鍛煉他們的應(yīng)試能力。

　　五.八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)單詞仍然是基礎(chǔ)。

　　我個(gè)人認(rèn)為應(yīng)該打好學(xué)生的單詞基礎(chǔ)。在講授的過(guò)程中可以讓同學(xué)們記它們的同義詞及反義詞。并且讓同學(xué)們自己造句子

　　六.培養(yǎng)學(xué)生們的課文背誦能力。

　　嚴(yán)格要求學(xué)生要背誦下來(lái)課文。這樣可以培養(yǎng)他們的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感。

　　總之，無(wú)論是七年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)還是八年級(jí)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，最重要的是教學(xué)技巧要靈活，教學(xué)要扎實(shí)。為了提高英語(yǔ)教學(xué)質(zhì)量，教師必須對(duì)英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)進(jìn)行反思，不斷完善教學(xué)過(guò)程，不斷反思，不斷進(jìn)取，努力提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量。我們每個(gè)教師都應(yīng)在教中思，思中教，方可求得發(fā)展.

　　開(kāi)學(xué)快一個(gè)月了，在這一個(gè)月的教學(xué)中我發(fā)現(xiàn)了不少問(wèn)題，主要表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：

　　1.學(xué)生的書寫有待提高，剛接這兩班時(shí)我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的書寫特別差，我非常著急所以讓學(xué)生每天寫單詞練書寫，但是出乎我的預(yù)料，一周下來(lái)不但沒(méi)有提高，有些學(xué)生反而更差了，通過(guò)了解我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的抵抗情緒特別嚴(yán)重。在我值班的那天，我心平氣和的和學(xué)生交談了一次，特別是那幾個(gè)調(diào)皮的男生，我和他們從人生談起，逐漸說(shuō)到書寫的重要性，又給他們把26個(gè)字母的書寫每人寫了一遍，沒(méi)想到從那天的書寫就有了很大的變化。同時(shí)那幾個(gè)調(diào)皮的男生上課也老實(shí)多了，這使我非常的感動(dòng)，使我的信心大增。

　　2.應(yīng)該給學(xué)生更多的時(shí)間朗讀課文。通過(guò)這一個(gè)月的學(xué)習(xí)，我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的朗讀水平不高，僅僅通過(guò)課上練習(xí)是不夠的，為了能夠更好的讓學(xué)生朗讀課文，我讓學(xué)生課后由組長(zhǎng)帶領(lǐng)朗讀課文，然后每節(jié)課拿出時(shí)間讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行展示。通過(guò)閱讀我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生缺少朗讀方法

　　的指導(dǎo)，在今后的學(xué)習(xí)中，我要在這方面多對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)，多讓他們練習(xí)。

　　3.知識(shí)運(yùn)用能力差，通過(guò)學(xué)習(xí)Module 2 我發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的接受能力差，我忽視了學(xué)生的接受要有一個(gè)過(guò)程，僅僅聽(tīng)到學(xué)生口頭回答以為掌握好了，以致我再講完成時(shí)態(tài)的其他問(wèn)題時(shí)就出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題。我深刻反思以后，決定從讀入手，讓學(xué)生先從語(yǔ)感開(kāi)始，然后把自己說(shuō)的最好的句子寫下來(lái)，這樣一步一步的效果明顯好多了。

　　通過(guò)這些問(wèn)題我覺(jué)得在今后的教學(xué)中，應(yīng)該多關(guān)愛(ài)學(xué)生，把起點(diǎn)訂的低一點(diǎn)，然后逐步引導(dǎo)，不能只靠自己主觀意志，多分析學(xué)生，然后根據(jù)學(xué)生實(shí)際多練習(xí)，那樣學(xué)生才能愛(ài)學(xué)。

　　The conclusion I have come to is that we are too different in both our personality and our desired lifestyles to be able to successfully live together with joy, bliss, good communication, and interaction.

　　This is not about you or about me "winning or losing", or about one of us being wrong -- it is about two ways of being... which do not fulfill each other, or go together. Though I had been open to having you visit with the thought that possibly we could 'try' again, after thinking about it a lot, I realize that it is not a good idea. I am very clear that we are not the 'right' people for each other at this time in our lives.

　　Please forgive yourself, and me, for any 'mistakes' we made along the way... and remember that we both have grown immensely through being together... but the time has come to move on.

　　So basically what I am saying is that I would like to 'cancel' my invitation for you to visit. I feel at this time, that I need to move on with my life, and having you come and visit would not serve any positive purpose.
