貴州建材有限公司：
本人因工作需要，掛靠于貴州消防工程有限公司。因本人承接了“帝茅公館”建設項目，遂于20xx年元月11日以貴州賦安消防工程有限公司與貴司簽訂《防火玻璃窗、防火卷簾安裝工程合同》。合同簽訂后，貴司依約全面履行了合同義務，如今該工程早已投入使用，但至今本人尚有20萬元合同款未支付給貴司!
對該筆本人應支付給貴司的20萬元合同款，本人現向貴司做出如下付款承諾： 所欠貴司20萬元債務，全部由本人獨自承擔支付責任。
在本承諾書簽訂之日，本人即支付10萬元至貴司賬戶。
余下10萬元，本人在本承諾書出具后 日內一次性支付至貴司賬戶。
若本人沒有遵照前述承諾按期付款，本人承諾按欠款總金額30%的標準向貴司支付違約金。
