　　一、爭做低碳環保、綠色出行的宣傳者。低碳生活無處不在、無處不有。我們倡議全局干部職工學習掌握、宣傳低碳知識，提高低碳意識，樹立低碳理念，倡導低碳生活;向身邊人宣傳開展“低碳環保、綠色出行”的意義和方式，帶動更多的人參與到行動中來。讓我們的家園多一片藍天，多一絲綠色，多一路暢通，多一些文明。

　　二、爭做低碳環保、綠色出行的踐行者。我們倡導全局干部職工積極參與“低碳生活,綠色出行”活動,特提出如下倡議:

　　(一)居住在城區范圍內的干部職工在不影響上、下班制度前提下,根據自身的身體素質選擇步行或騎行的方式出行。

　　(二)根據天氣情況，在保障人身安全，不影響交通的前提下，每天下午下班后，由“低碳綠色騎行俱樂部”組織在城區車輛較少的路段騎行1小時。

　　(三)本年度選擇步行或騎行的出行方式,沿永定河、大清河、引清東干渠等河堤，組織2次以上的河流生態環境巡查活動。

　　(四)利用周六、日組織一次遠距離騎行，到周邊縣、市參觀綠化、生態、污染治理的工程項目，并交流工作經驗。

　　(五)每周五設立為“無車日”。在不影響工作和生活的前提下，全局干部職工不使用機動車。集中執法行動或上級安排的集中活動除外。

　　三、爭做低碳環保、綠色出行的倡導者。我們倡議全局干部職工樹立“能走不騎，能騎不坐，能坐不開”的出行理念，自覺遵循“低碳生活,綠色出行”倡議內容，盡可能采取乘坐公交車、騎自行車或步行等出行方式為廣大居民作出表率。
