Dear schoolmates,
Environmental pollution is a serious social problem. It poses a terrible threat to men's health.
The atmosphere is filthy. The air is thick with dust and burnt oil. Dark smokes are being emitted from chimneys, and choking fumes are being released from numerous vehicles. Stay a little while in a big city, then wipe your forehead with your handkerchief, it is black. Hang out your washing on the line to dry, you will have to wash again. Garbage is left to accumulate in unsanitary heaps that attract flies and give off bad smell. Nor is the pollution confined to air and land. Large quantity of sewage and chemical waste are dumped daily into rivers, lakes and the sea, which kills millions of fish. Noises coming from honking cars, rumbling machines and broadcasting loudspeakers may make a person nervous and irritable, even drive him crazy.
Environmental pollution is responsible for many diseases that are disabling, or bringing death to human beings.
In short, let's take good care of our mother globe, not only for the well-being of ourselves, but also for that of our future generations.

In spite of the serious problem, measure leading to profound improvement still can be taken. owning to the fact that funds are insufficient in some developing countries, developed countries or international organizations should shoulder more burden -- finacing them in order to capacitate them to accompolish the protection of animals. at the same time, education in telling people the way to make animals harboured ought to be focused on, thus resulting in people's better awareness in the camouflage of our planet's cutest creatures.

這次實(shí)驗(yàn)是我國建國后的第八次基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革，這次改革，步伐之大，速度之快，難度之大，都是前七次改革所不可比擬的。它將實(shí)現(xiàn)我國中小學(xué)課程從學(xué)科本位、知識(shí)本位向關(guān)注每一個(gè)學(xué)生發(fā)展的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)變。目前，我們?nèi)懈咭唤處焸冋燥枬M的熱忱學(xué)習(xí)新課改理論，準(zhǔn)備迎接新課程改革的挑戰(zhàn)。
通過幾天的暑期集中學(xué)習(xí)，老師們逐步了解并接受了一系列新的課程改革理論，認(rèn)識(shí)到了傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式存在諸多弊端，意識(shí)到新課程改革最關(guān)鍵的是實(shí)現(xiàn)教師教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變和學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變。然而，老師們普遍感到困難的是如何將新的課改理念轉(zhuǎn)化為教師的課堂教學(xué)行為以及學(xué)生的高效學(xué)習(xí)方式。

2、如何面向全體學(xué)生，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)生共同發(fā)展？
3、如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力？
4、如何優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)，提高課堂教學(xué)效率？
針對(duì)上述問題，我提出個(gè)人幾點(diǎn)不成熟的意見，起一個(gè)拋磚引玉的作用，供大家討論參考。
一、如何搞好初高中銜接？
1、開展學(xué)情分析，搞好兩個(gè)“摸清”，即：摸清學(xué)生知識(shí)底細(xì)，摸清學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和學(xué)習(xí)方法底細(xì)，便于開展針對(duì)性的教學(xué)工作。
2、開展學(xué)習(xí)方法的系列講座和優(yōu)生經(jīng)驗(yàn)介紹，讓學(xué)生弄清高中英語教學(xué)特點(diǎn)和要求，認(rèn)清高中與初中老師教學(xué)方式上的差異，以及學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方法上的不同，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生從高一開始就學(xué)會(huì)自己查閱詞典、參考書，養(yǎng)成獨(dú)立學(xué)習(xí)、自主學(xué)習(xí)的好習(xí)慣。教師要對(duì)學(xué)生的聽、說、讀、寫、查等良好習(xí)慣的培養(yǎng)自始至終地貫穿于整個(gè)高一年級(jí)的教學(xué)中，要常督促、定期檢查，從而使學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。應(yīng)利用開學(xué)后大約一個(gè)月的時(shí)間，讓學(xué)生熟悉并掌握一系列好的學(xué)習(xí)方法，形成一套符合每個(gè)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方法體系。
3、作為高中英語教師，要了解初中英語的教材教法。在學(xué)生剛剛步入高中的初期，教學(xué)起點(diǎn)宜“低一點(diǎn)”，課堂教學(xué)的`難度不要過大，不要使課堂教學(xué)發(fā)生突變，造成學(xué)生不適應(yīng)。對(duì)課堂教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)變，要一步步地改變、慢慢地引導(dǎo)，讓學(xué)生在不知不覺中適應(yīng)高中英語教學(xué)。在課后要抓好單詞的鞏固和檢查，對(duì)作業(yè)要做適量的補(bǔ)充，并有布置、有檢查，對(duì)學(xué)生要嚴(yán)格要求，有針對(duì)性地查漏補(bǔ)缺，逐步地過渡到學(xué)生自立自主的學(xué)習(xí)方式。
4、在分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上，幫助學(xué)生對(duì)初中知識(shí)進(jìn)行整理，并開展有針對(duì)性的查漏補(bǔ)缺。可利用開學(xué)前大約兩周的時(shí)間，對(duì)初中課程中出現(xiàn)的語法現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)，對(duì)初中課程尚未學(xué)完的詞匯進(jìn)行有計(jì)劃的學(xué)習(xí)，確保每個(gè)學(xué)生在進(jìn)入高中的起始階段建立完備的知識(shí)體系。

Threat to the survival of wild animals and plants is a major factor in habitat loss, business development, and wild animals and plants and their products in international trade. Resources are limited, it is necessary for the endangered species, to propose specific measures of protection level. We can formulate the corresponding endangered species laws, application to establish nature reserves, endangered species breeding centers, means of conservation biology, endangered species, the implementation of in situ conservation and ex situ conservation. At the same time, we must restrict international trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, to make laws to protect endangered species.
