　　Dear friends and colleges

　　First of all I would like to thank Mrs. Make and the organizing committee or having appointed me to serve as the chair of this conference.

　　We are now very close to the end of this conference. I believe that our conference is a great success. It went smoothly as scheduled. In these two days the conference has covered so many important and complex problems in the flied of global environmental change both theoretical and practical. All the presentations were very illuminating and informative. And the heated panel discussions were very stimulating and fruitful. Now with great joy and reluctant mind to part we get together again to declare that the conference has drawn to a successful close.

　　It’s our hope that the result of the conference will carry the study of global environmental change to a new stage. We all hope to maintain close contact and cooperation with each other in the field of future research work on global environmental change.

　　As the chair of the conference I would like to express my thanks again.

　　Thank you for coming to the 1st international conference of global environmental change.

　　Thank you to everybody who had contributed to the conference with reports and introductions.

　　We have come to the end of this conference.Please accept my congratulations on a successful conference.

　　In the past few days the conference report and discuss the detailed explanation of the current situation and development trend of artificial intelligence.We discussesthe practical experience of artificial intelligence and shows the latest products and application of technological innovation.In these days the conference has covered so many important and complex problems in the flied of Artificial intelligence both theoretical and practical. All the presentations were very illuminating and informative. And the heated panel discussions were very stimulating and fruitful. Now with great joy and reluctant mind to part we get together again to declare that the conference has drawn to a successful close.It’s our hope that the result of the conference will carry the study of Artificial intelligence to a new stage. We all hope to maintain close contact and cooperation with each other in the field of future research work on Artificial intelligence.

　　Ladies and Gentlemen

　　We are soon closing this international conference which has been a great success. We have enjoyed the advanced professional program as well as the interesting introduction to your high prestige university of CUMT. Also we have had possibilities to join some unforgettable evenings with colleagues and there is still one more evening gathering in our program.

　　From our side we can only say that everything was successful professional and especially we foreigners were receiving the most wonderful Chinese hospitality. I want to thank everybody who took part in the organization work.

　　Let me give you a brief summary of the feelings which I have now about this international conference:

　　We have been listening to 15 presentations selected out of 42 which were printed in the Proceedings. To have such a program all in two days is a heavy task but in this case it has been really worth the efforts.

　　As a practical result of this conference and before we departure - we could use this opportunity and plan something for the future. For example bilateral agreements between the two fire protection codes can help a lot in engineering practice. I am very happy about the discussions which we had this afternoon on this topic.

　　Before closing on behalf of Fire Science Committee I want to thank you Mr. President Professor Guo Feng for making this conference possible. I want also to thank you professor GaoYunji for hosting all of us both during the daytime and in the evenings. I want to thank everyone who has worked for our conference and made it a success.

　　We will all go home with good memories of this meeting and I hope that some day in the future I can be the host for all of you in my country.

　　I wish everybody a good journey home wherever you live but before that I know we shall spend one more relaxing evening together.

　　Thank you for joining the seminar and for your support and cooperation with us.

　　剛才，我們集中觀看了全國(guó)安全生產(chǎn)電視電話(huà)會(huì)議，各鎮(zhèn)、各部門(mén)要按照國(guó)務(wù)院安全生產(chǎn)電視電話(huà)會(huì)議的要求，把安全生產(chǎn)工作抓緊抓好，為“兩會(huì)”的圓滿(mǎn)召開(kāi)和歡樂(lè)、祥和的春節(jié)創(chuàng)造安全、和諧的環(huán)境。各鎮(zhèn)、各部門(mén)和各單位要按照《縣安委會(huì)辦公室關(guān)于切實(shí)做好x2年元旦春節(jié)期間全縣安全生產(chǎn)工作的通知》要求，針對(duì)節(jié)日特點(diǎn)，在節(jié)前集中開(kāi)展安全生產(chǎn)大檢查和專(zhuān)項(xiàng)治理整頓。下面就春節(jié)前后和“兩會(huì)”期間的安全生產(chǎn)工作再?gòu)?qiáng)調(diào)幾點(diǎn)：

　　一要高度重視交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)安全監(jiān)管。公安、交通、安監(jiān)等部門(mén)要加大交通安全監(jiān)管和執(zhí)法力度，尤其要加強(qiáng)對(duì)交通運(yùn)輸企業(yè)、重點(diǎn)路段的監(jiān)督檢查，嚴(yán)防超員超速、疲勞駕駛和無(wú)證無(wú)照營(yíng)運(yùn)等嚴(yán)重違法違規(guī)行為。要根據(jù)客流量和冬季氣候特點(diǎn)，精心組織春運(yùn)期間的運(yùn)力，合理安排車(chē)次，確保旅客出行安全。要強(qiáng)化車(chē)站的安全檢查措施，堅(jiān)決防止乘客攜帶易燃、易爆、劇毒等危險(xiǎn)物品進(jìn)站上車(chē)。要特別強(qiáng)化雨雪冰凍惡劣氣候條件下的應(yīng)急處置工作，各鎮(zhèn)及相關(guān)部門(mén)要按照應(yīng)急預(yù)案的要求，切實(shí)做好防范和處置工作。

　　二要高度重視人員密集場(chǎng)所消防安全監(jiān)管。要深刻汲取各地的重大火災(zāi)事故教訓(xùn)，認(rèn)真落實(shí)各級(jí)關(guān)于消防安全工作的文件和指示精神，扎實(shí)開(kāi)展冬季防火安全大檢查和清剿火患行動(dòng)。要針對(duì)冬季火災(zāi)易發(fā)、高發(fā)等特點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)對(duì)高層建筑、在建工程、地下工程、石油化工等領(lǐng)域及學(xué)校醫(yī)院、社會(huì)福利機(jī)構(gòu)、賓館飯店、商場(chǎng)網(wǎng)吧、娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所的消防安全管理，嚴(yán)防火災(zāi)事故。公安部門(mén)要嚴(yán)格大型集會(huì)、煙花燃放等活動(dòng)的審批管理，嚴(yán)格制定并落實(shí)各項(xiàng)安全保障措施，嚴(yán)禁無(wú)資質(zhì)燃放禮花彈、嚴(yán)防擁擠、踩踏等傷亡事故。

　　三要高度重視煙花爆竹和危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品安全監(jiān)管。節(jié)日前后是煙花爆竹生產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)售旺季，也是煙花爆竹事故高發(fā)期，要認(rèn)真貫徹落實(shí)《縣安監(jiān)局轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)煙花爆竹安全監(jiān)督管理工作意見(jiàn)的通知》精神，從運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存、經(jīng)銷(xiāo)和燃放等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)著手，全面加強(qiáng)煙花爆竹安全監(jiān)管。要繼續(xù)抓好危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品專(zhuān)項(xiàng)整治工作，強(qiáng)化危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品運(yùn)輸安全監(jiān)管，嚴(yán)防危險(xiǎn)化學(xué)品丟失、泄漏、污染和爆炸等事故發(fā)生。

　　四要高度重視海洋漁業(yè)和灘涂養(yǎng)殖業(yè)安全監(jiān)管。鞏固“三化五覆蓋”工作成果，全面執(zhí)行“海安縣海洋漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)海上作業(yè)十條禁令”和八項(xiàng)制度，推行職務(wù)船員管理考核辦法，不斷提升管理水平。嚴(yán)把船只、人員入海關(guān)，不具備必要救生設(shè)備和通訊工具的船只以及未經(jīng)培訓(xùn)合格的人員，一律不得從事海洋漁業(yè)和灘涂養(yǎng)殖作業(yè)，堅(jiān)決查禁“三無(wú)”和“三證”不全的出海船只。加大對(duì)海洋漁業(yè)安全生產(chǎn)的投入，完善海難事故應(yīng)急救援體系，配備現(xiàn)代通信工具和應(yīng)急救援裝備，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行編組作業(yè)制度，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)安全監(jiān)控，確保海洋漁業(yè)生產(chǎn)和灘涂養(yǎng)殖安全。

　　五要高度重視燃?xì)獍踩�監(jiān)管。突出抓好城市燃?xì)夤��?yīng)的總體布局以及天燃?xì)忾T(mén)站和燃?xì)夤艿赖陌踩�監(jiān)管，加強(qiáng)對(duì)液化氣供應(yīng)站換瓶點(diǎn)的安全監(jiān)管和相關(guān)人員的業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)與資格審查，取締非法換瓶點(diǎn)。

　　六要高度重視建筑施工等其他行業(yè)(領(lǐng)域)安全監(jiān)管。要以預(yù)防坍塌、高處墜落事故為重點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)化建筑施工安全專(zhuān)項(xiàng)整治，深入排查治理事故隱患。要加強(qiáng)城鄉(xiāng)各項(xiàng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的安全檢查和故障搶修，確保節(jié)日期間供電、供水、供氣設(shè)備設(shè)施安全運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。

　　七要認(rèn)真做好節(jié)日期間停產(chǎn)和節(jié)后復(fù)產(chǎn)企業(yè)的安全監(jiān)管工作。督促重點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)制定并嚴(yán)格落實(shí)節(jié)日期間停產(chǎn)檢修作業(yè)和節(jié)后復(fù)產(chǎn)時(shí)的安全保障措施，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行復(fù)產(chǎn)檢查驗(yàn)收制度。對(duì)有重大危險(xiǎn)源和危險(xiǎn)工藝的化工等高危行業(yè)的復(fù)產(chǎn)檢查驗(yàn)收工作由各鎮(zhèn)負(fù)責(zé)，其它企業(yè)要督促企業(yè)自身做好檢查驗(yàn)收工作。對(duì)未經(jīng)驗(yàn)收的企業(yè)一律不準(zhǔn)恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)，對(duì)擅自復(fù)產(chǎn)的要嚴(yán)肅查處。

　　八要切實(shí)加強(qiáng)節(jié)日期間的值班工作。各鎮(zhèn)、各部門(mén)和各單位要高度重視節(jié)日期間的值班工作，嚴(yán)格落實(shí)崗位責(zé)任制。要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部到崗帶班和關(guān)鍵崗位24小時(shí)值班制度，所有值班人員必須堅(jiān)守崗位，盡職盡責(zé)，嚴(yán)禁擅離職守;要嚴(yán)格落實(shí)企業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)帶班人員，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行事故信息報(bào)告制度，全面做好生產(chǎn)安全事故和其他緊急突發(fā)事件的信息報(bào)送和處置工作，確保事故信息和其他重要信息及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確上報(bào)。
