您好，開學已有一個月，現就馮碩同學這一個月的表現情況，向你做以匯報：首先，可喜這是馮碩同學在本學期第一次考試中取得了很大的進步。馮碩同學以總分505的好成績取得了年級第十七名。
其次，在很為習慣方面，馮碩同學已改掉了以前丟三拉四的習慣，每天按時到校，積極完成作業，本學期從沒有發生過做作業不做或忘帶到學校的情況，這說明，馮碩把學習已放到自己的心上，很主動、積級性很高。
第三，很多老師反應馮碩同學改冠特別大，尤其是教歷史的曹老師，多次當我表揚馮同學各級背書、完成作業。
我們老師看到了馮碩同學的希望，請家長繼續支持馮碩同學的學習和我們的工作，雖然他的數學成績還要提高，但我們可以相信積級主動的馮碩同學，一定可以把數學趕上來的。讓我們共同期待馮碩同學成功的這一天吧。
