　　now i would like to introduce the rules for this contest. no.1, contest will be divided into two parts, group of english major, and group of other majors. no.2, each group will be given 8 minutes, including 1 minute for stating the two debaters’ own opinion, 4 minutes for free debate，and 1 minute for their the last sum-up. no.3, at the end of the contest, we will choose five contestants including 2 english major contestants and 3 from other majors.

　　主席：各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、觀眾朋友們，大家好!歡迎大家前來觀看豐縣首屆“信泰證券”杯會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)道德知識(shí)辯論賽決賽現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，本次大賽由豐縣縣委宣傳部、豐縣財(cái)政局、豐縣廣播電視局、共青團(tuán)豐縣委員會(huì)、豐縣會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)會(huì)聯(lián)合主辦，由南京信泰證券有限責(zé)任公司豐縣服務(wù)部協(xié)辦。

　　經(jīng)過緊張的初賽和半決賽，現(xiàn)在還剩下我們四支代表隊(duì)，將要在這里進(jìn)行爭(zhēng)奪三、四名和冠亞軍的決賽，相信經(jīng)過選手的充分準(zhǔn)備，各代表隊(duì)和辯手會(huì)給大家一個(gè)精彩的展現(xiàn)，本次比賽分為兩場(chǎng)，第一場(chǎng)是衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)代表隊(duì)和委派會(huì)計(jì)代表隊(duì)進(jìn)行爭(zhēng)奪第三名的比賽;第二場(chǎng)是財(cái)政局機(jī)關(guān)代表隊(duì)和鎮(zhèn)財(cái)政代表隊(duì)進(jìn)行爭(zhēng)奪冠軍的決賽。

　　比賽開始前，首先我宣布會(huì)場(chǎng)紀(jì)律和比賽規(guī)則：

　　一、陳詞階段：我們提倡即興陳詞，引經(jīng)據(jù)典要恰當(dāng)，在陳詞階段，由雙方一、二、三辯進(jìn)行陳詞。先由雙方一辯進(jìn)行立論陳詞，然后是雙方二辯、三辯在反駁對(duì)方觀點(diǎn)的同時(shí)，對(duì)本方觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行補(bǔ)充陳詞。順序是正方一辯、反方一辯、正方二辯、反方二辯、正方三辯、反方三辯。時(shí)間都是每人3分鐘。

　　二、自由辯論階段：時(shí)間是雙方各5分鐘。由正反雙方自由輪流發(fā)言。發(fā)言辯手落座為發(fā)言結(jié)束，同時(shí)另一方開始發(fā)言，另一辯手必須緊接著發(fā)言，若有間隙，累計(jì)時(shí)間照常進(jìn)行。同一方的發(fā)言次序不限。如果一方用時(shí)已完，另一方可以繼續(xù)發(fā)言，也可以向主席提出不發(fā)言。在自由辯論階段，我們提倡積極交鋒，對(duì)重要問題回避兩次以上的一方扣分，對(duì)于對(duì)方已經(jīng)明確回答的問題仍然糾纏不放的，適當(dāng)扣分。

　　三、結(jié)辯陳詞階段：時(shí)間是3分鐘，由雙方四辯進(jìn)行結(jié)辯陳詞。也就是辯論雙方針對(duì)辯論賽整體態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行總結(jié)陳詞，對(duì)于脫離實(shí)際、背誦事先準(zhǔn)備的稿件者，適當(dāng)扣分。

　　四、其它注意事項(xiàng)：

　　1、在辯論時(shí)不要隨意打斷別人的話;

　　2、不可進(jìn)行人身攻擊;

　　3、尊重主席及評(píng)委的評(píng)判;

　　4、我們提倡辯手使用普通話，對(duì)使用普通話者適當(dāng)加分;

　　5、除辯論開始一辯必須說“主席、評(píng)委、大家好”，其余皆可省去。

　　6、在辯論中，辯手可以使用道具、圖表和物品作為輔助手段以強(qiáng)化自己的陳辭，但尺寸不能過大，以免遮擋。

　　7、在每場(chǎng)比賽中，辯手的辯位不能變動(dòng)。

　　8、在辯論中，為支持本方觀點(diǎn)，我們不反對(duì)引用名人名言，但我們不提倡引用敏感歷史人物及當(dāng)代現(xiàn)任領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的講話，以免引起各種歧義。另外，在舉例時(shí)，盡量避免敏感的政治人物及政治事件。

　　9、時(shí)間提示：最后30秒時(shí)，哨音提示，時(shí)間結(jié)束時(shí)亮紅方牌子。

　　本場(chǎng)辯論賽的辯題是：會(huì)計(jì)信息失真的主要原因是否是會(huì)計(jì)職業(yè)道德的問題。
